2 1. LOGISTIC MAIN ENTRANCES VEDANO gate: daily opening from 07:00 to 20:30. BIASSONO gate: daily opening from Friday to Sunday 24 hours a day. PADDOCK ACCESS and OPENING TIME Wednesday June 17: from 08:00 to 18:00 Thursday June 18: from 07:00 to 19:00 Friday June 19: from 07:00 Saturday June 20: from 07:00 Sunday June 21: from 07:00 A Circuit Operation Center (COC) is located beside the main Paddock Entrance gate, operating all day long for general assistance to the competitor (info, security). Phone: GARAGES - PADDOCK TENTS Formula 1, Sport Cars,, Formula 2 will be allocated garages. Trucks for such series will be placed in front of each garage, 10 meters ahead from the garage door in order to keep a free walk lane for the public. GTs, Touring Cars, Formula Junior and Alfa Romeo will be allocated a 5x3 mt gazebo in the paddock fully equipped with plugs and electricity. Trucks for such series will be placed in a proper area inside the paddock close to the tents in order to facilitate the assistance on cars. IMPORTANT NOTICE: in the aim to offer the spectators on Sunday the opportunity to see and appreciate the cars as much as possible, all competitors finishing the race in the morning are kindly requested to keep the cars visible as long as possible not to empty the paddock for the afternoon. Tyre and fuel suppliers also will be located inside the paddock. A fuel station (ENI) is operating at the circuit (fuel 95 and 100 octanes). The pump works self-service with cash payment on site. 2. ACCREDITATION CENTER The Accreditation Center is located in VIA ITALIA 13 - VEDANO AL LAMBRO, phone Opening Time Friday June 19: from 08:00 to 17:00 Saturday June 20: from 08:00 to 17:00 Sunday June 21: from 08:00 to 14:00 3. SERVICE REQUESTS (ex Internet, Wi-Fi) For specific technical requests, please visit (Service Request page) and follow the procedure. 4. BAR - RESTAURANT Permanent Bar and Restaurant service at the circuit: Bar Cafè "SPEED FOOD", located in the area village, info VIP LOUNGES for rent are available at a special price for competitors, sponsors, guests (visit Corporate-Hospitality pages) and contact Chiara Garanzini (garanzini@monzanet.it).

3 5. CREDENTIALS Each competitor will be issued 8 passes + 2 park pass. IMPORTANT NOTICE: in order to attempt the requirements from the local fiscal autorithy (SIAE) each competitor is requested to fill in a proper form (handed together with the credntials) with name, role and date of birth (see example B-1) to be returned to the Race Secretariat within Friday June 19, hrs. 18:00. FREE PRACTICE - SIGNING ON (SPORTING CHECKS) - TRANSPONDER - SCRUTINEERING - BRIEFING - INFO FREE PRACTICE sessions are scheduled on Friday June 19, for timing please refer to the timetable. Reservation and payment on site (signing on at the 1st floor of the Pit Building - Race Control (room 11) to get your ticket per session. Scrutineering of the car is not necessary. SIGNING ON for all Competitors and drivers: 1st floor of the Pit Building - Race Control (room 11), for timing please refer to the timetable. TRANSPONDER after signing on, the competitors must collect the transponder at the TimeKeeping room, 1st floor of the Pit Building - Race Control (room 2). The MRST transponders (Monza System) will be provided under deposit of 100 to be refunded upon return of the transponder ti the TimeKeeping Room after the race. SCRUTINEERING: at the signing on, you will get your personal scrutineering form for your car as well as the practical details to reach the technical area (Scrutineering Bay located beside the Medical Center at the end of the Paddock Area). BRIEFING: the competitors briefing will be held at the Briefing Room located at the 1st floor of the Pit building - race control (near the signing on room). TIMING: see timetable.
