3 CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI Serie A I I GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS A I I series AII.M: IEC ; 0,12...2,2 kw; 2, 4, 6 poli; inverter monofase AII: IEC ; 0,12...7,5 kw; 2, 4, 6 poli; inverter trifase L'AII consiste nella simbiosi tra un motore asincrono trifase speciale per Inverter, nelle versioni costruttive standard (IEC e IEC 72. e speciali, ed un convertitore di frequenza con l uso di IGBT e microprocessore di ultima generazione. L'AII si evidenzia per la sua forma compatta, paragonabile a quella di un motore autofrenante, grazie alla posizione del convertitore di frequenza nella parte posteriore del motore. Tale disposizione, offrendo la possibilità di sfruttare il flusso d'aria di un ventilatore assiale a funzionamento permanente (il flusso d'aria colpisce direttamente il dissipatore dell'inverter), assicura inoltre al motore performances interessanti in fatto di coppie meccaniche. L'AII risulta semplice nell installazione e nell utilizzo, con possibilità di regolazione anche da un semplice potenziometro, facendo risparmiare tempo e risorse umane. Permette l eliminazione di costosi e lunghi cavi schermati tra motore ed inverter e di costosi filtri EMC, già installati sull'aii. Risolve radicalmente i problemi di overvoltage e di elevati fronti dv/dt. L AII è particolarmente adatto negli impieghi civili in quanto disponibile anche nella versione con alimentazione monofase. L'elevata compattezza, il grado di protezione IP 55, l'integrazione dell'inverter col motore hanno consentito di realizzare molte applicazioni nel settore alimentare, dell imbottigliamento e dell enologia, nella ventilazione e nelle macchine utensili semplici, anche con ausilio del freno di stazionamento e/o emergenza. In particolare evidenziamo le seguenti applicazioni: - Trasportatori; - Pompe volumetriche e pompe centrifughe; - Macchine per lavaggio; - Refrigeratori; - Pompe di calore; - Agitatori; - Sbattitori; - Aeratori; - Sgrappolatoi; - Pompe per vino; - Dosatori; - Presse per fango; - Rotazione di vasche; - Trasportatori a vite; - Ventilazione; - Trapani e seghe; - stesse applicazioni con l'ausilio del freno di stazionamento e/o di sicurezza. AII.M: IEC ; 0,12...2,2 kw; 2, 4, 6 poles; single-phase inverter AII: IEC ; 0,12...7,5 kw; 2, 4, 6 poles; three-phase inverter AII consists in the symbiosis between a special asynchronous three-phase motor for inverters, in the standard constructional versions (IEC e IEC 72. and in the special ones, and a frequency converter with the use of IGBT and modern microprocessors. AII stands out for its compact shape, close to the one of a brake motor, thanks to the position of the frequency converter in the back of the motor. This solution, which lets the inverter exploit the air flow of a permanently running fan (the air flow goes directly against its heat-sink), also assures impressive performances to the motor in terms of mechanical torques. AII is easy to install and to use, it can be adjusted using a simple potentiometer, it lets you save time and labour. You do not have to use costly and long shielded cables between motor and inverter and expensive EMC filters (already installed on AII). AII also eliminates over-voltage and high dv/dt problems at all. AII is particularly suitable for household appliances as the singlephase version is also available. The very compact shape, the IP 55 protection-degree, the integration of the inverter with the motor allow many applications in the food industry, in the bottling and wine production fields, in the ventilation systems and on simple machine tools, also with the use of the stationary and/or emergency brake.
