Three versions available: BLUE, also with Spyro finishing, SKY which includes OTX hopper and WHITE, dedicated to medipharma applications. Thanks to their double-bed technology, the process is performed with non-dried circuit air. Maximum temperature treatment is 180 C. Doppia torre di zeolite Rendimento costante: Dew Point fino a -70 C. DRY AIR and X DRY AIR are double-bed dryers with zeolite technology suitable for technical polymers drying. They represent an ideal, efficient and compact solution for small production processes. The technological air generator is fed by non-dried compressed air. These dryers reach high performances and Dew Point values up to -70 C. Exhaust air is ducted and filtered. Compact and practical to use, it secures high performance thanks to the double-bed equipment in zeolites. The antistress function protects the polymers from over temperature. It is possible to calibrate the proper airflow through the special airflow regulator. The double-bed equipment is regenerated in pressure switch with no use of electricity with a consequent reduction in energy consumption. The machine can work also with circuit compressed air. Dry air is suitable for the use in white chamber. - Weekly timer available on demand. - Dew point VIEWER available on demand. Piccolo grande dryer, particolarmente adatto al trattamento di polimeri termici. Compatto, pratico nell utilizzo, molto performante grazie alla dotazione doppia torre, in zeoliti. La funzione antistress protegge i polimeri da overtemperature. È possibile la calibrazione del giusto airflow attraverso apposito regolatore di portata. La dotazione con doppia torre viene rigenerata in pressure switch senza impiego di energia elettrica, realizzando così una riduzione dei consumi. La macchina può funzionare anche con aria compressa di circuito. 13 DRY AIR T Control Controllo SMD electronics control. An airflow regulator permits calibration of the correct quantity of dry air. A prominent display shows the process temperature. A second display shows operator messages, alarms and diagnostics. The hoppers in this version are equipped as standard with door and the ceramic fibre insulation permits treatment temperatures up to 180 C. The inspection window is very large and (importantly) fitted in a housing, with a clean-cut smooth-wall design inside the hopper. La versione Plus è la serie più ricca di dotazioni, le dimensioni consentono il trattamento di produzioni più significative. Le tramogge, in questa versione, sono dotate di serie di portellone, la coibentazione in fibra di ceramica consente trattamenti fino a 180 C. An easy colour touch view interface simplifies the man-machine interaction. By just setting two parameters, type of material and production time the units operate automatically. The hopper is made of stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with the unique shockproof SPYRO finishing. The airflow automatic regulation together with the antistress function The airflow automatic regulation together with the antistress function allow to process the polymers gently, to guarantee a perfect transformation and to achieve substantial energy savings at the same time. Dedicated to optical applications and to technical injection moulding, the dryer unit together with the OTX has increased its performance and realizes a combination of extraordinary energy efficiency, +66%. - Advanced touch view control - Adaptive airflow - USB port make these units leaders in the market. The TX series touch view control is arranged for the Venturi loader control. The RS 485 serial port allows the connection to the MOWIS supervisor.
