In construction of the multihopper trolley-mounted solutions, special attention has been paid to the structure, offering a wide range of applications: VIEWER, ANTISTRESS and FLOWMATIK, the automatic airflow distribution system created by Moretto. E stato portato a termine un attento studio sulle diverse soluzioni nell allestimento di sistemi per la deumidificazione a fianco macchina. Telai modulari adatti al sostegno delle tramogge a fianco pressa, serie CMS. Soluzioni su un unico telaio, con tramoggia e dryer ON BOARD in configurazione compatta, serie CRD. Particolare attenzione è stata dedicata alla struttura nella costruzione di soluzioni carrellate multi-tramoggia fino ad ottenere un crescendo di applicazioni VIEWER, ANTISTRESS e FLOWMATIK, il dispositivo automatico di distribuzione dell aria progettato da Moretto. 3

TMS is a single modular frame and represents the most rational and compact solution for supporting a drying hopper combined with dryers. It can be equipped with revolving wheels with brakes (CMS) for all applications requiring rapid movements of the machine within the department. TMS, Telaio Modulare Semplice, è la soluzione più razionale e compatta per il sostegno della tramoggia di essiccazione in abbinamento ai dryers. Può essere allestito anche con ruote girevoli e frenanti, diventando quindi CMS, Carrello Modulare Semplice, per applicazioni che richiedono rapidi spostamenti della macchina all interno del reparto. Suitable for loading the hopper and consequently conveying the material to the processing machine using the same three-phase unit. Positioned on the front part of the hopper, VIEWER manages the SPLIT unit and, by monitoring the process data, makes the hopper an active element. In this version, heating groups are individually controlled and managed by the VIEWER. This trolley is equipped with modular stainless steel pipes provided with on-off butterfly valve on each hopper. In this case, the VIEWERS individually manage the heating unit in addition to the ANTISTRESS valve, providing high energy savings. The process parameters are set via the individual VIEWER. 15 CRM CRM FLOWMATIK Version Versione CRM FLOWMATIK Touch screen control Automatic airflow management Controllo touch screen Gestione automatica del flusso d aria Each hopper is equipped with automatic valves controlled by a device that measures the airflow in each individual hopper. This device measures the quantity of air passing through and controls the valve so that the airflow coincides with the value required by the Flowmatik server. Each individual airflow is totalised by the FLOWMATIK, a microprocessor that works together with the dryer and adjusts the airflow according to actual demand. The second valve on the return circuit works as an ANTISTRESS valve and protects the polymer from thermal stress. Ogni tramoggia è dotata di valvole automatiche, governate da un dispositivo che misura la portata d aria tecnologica in ogni singola tramoggia. Questo si interfaccia con le valvole che modulando la portata d aria si allineano al dato di set richiesto dal controller. Le singole portate vengono totalizzate dal microprocessore FLOWMATIK che, interfacciato con il dryer, provvede alla calibrazione della portata d aria secondo la reale richiesta produttiva. 17 CRM CRM FLOWMATIK MULTI Version Versione CRM FLOWMATIK MULTI FLOWMATIK MULTI is a device for automatic distribution of the air in every hopper in the multi-material applications. The flow of every hopper is managed by an instrument interfaced with a motorised valve, thus permitting accurate distribution for every hopper. In the FLOWMATIK application, the device is DYNAMIC and also manages the process variables. FLOWMATIK MULTI is able to control up to 30 hoppers. FLOWMATIK MULTI è un dispositivo che rende automatica la ripartizione dell aria in ogni tramoggia nelle applicazioni multimateriali. Il flusso di ogni tramoggia viene gestito da uno strumento interfacciato ad una valvola motorizzata che in questo modo consente una ripartizione precisa per ogni tramoggia. Nell applicazione FLOWMATIK il dispositivo è DINAMICO e gestisce anche le variabili di processo. Il dispositivo FLOWMATIK MULTI è in grado di controllare fino a 30 tramogge.
