General 1.1.VIP Services are extended to clients who open a trading account with TeleTrade DJ International Consulting Ltd (hereinafter TeleTrade ) with a minimum deposit requirement of $50,000 for VIP PROFESSIONAL status. For VIP GOLD status there is a minimum deposit requirement of $ 100,000 and for VIP PLATINUM status there is a minimum deposit requirement of $ It is also possible to deposit funds to an existing trading account to be eligible for the VIP services By depositing funds to the trading account under this offer the client acknowledges that he/she has read, and agrees to be bound by these VIP Services Terms & Conditions The company reserves the right to change the conditions of the VIP services at any time The client s VIP status (professional/ gold/ platinum) will be assigned according to the amount of funds a client has in their account on a monthly basis The calculation of commission includes only closed positions meet the requirements as per TeleTrade Terms and Conditions for Trading Benefits with respect to the open position holding period and the difference between the position s open and close price. 1. Generale 1.1. I servizi VIP vengono estesi ai clienti che hanno aperto un conto trading presso TeleTrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd (in seguito TeleTrade ) con un importo del deposito a partire da $50,000 per lo status VIP PROFESSIONAL. Per i VIP GOLD è necessario un deposito minimo di $ 100,000 e per i VIP PLATINUM necessario un deposito minimo di $ 500, E' anche possibile depositare nuovi fondi su un conto trading già esistente per ottenere i servizi VIP Depositando fondi sul conto trading ai sensi della presente offerta il cliente prende atto che lui/lei ha letto e accetta di essere vincolato da Termini & Condizioni dei Servizi VIP La società si riserva il diritto di modificare le condizioni dei servizi VIP in qualsiasi momento Status VIP del cliente (professional / gold /platinum) verrà assegnato in base alla quantità di fondi sul conto del cliente su base mensile Il calcolo della commissione include solo posizioni chiuse che soddisfano i requisiti indicati nei Termini e Condizioni dei Trading Benefit di TeleTrade, rispettando il tempo di posizione aperta e la differenza tra il prezzo di apertura e chiusura della posizione. 2.. VIP Savings Reward 2. Premi VIP 2.1. The payment of the reward is calculated on the amount of the spread charged from trading transactions in the respective account, in the amount not 12%:12=1% per month: VIP PROFESSIONAL or VIP GOLD: 13%:12 = 1,08% or VIP PLATINUM: 14%:12=1,17% of the total equity in the account Il pagamento del premio viene calcolato basandosi sullo spread applicato alle operazioni nel rispettivo conto, dell importo non più del 12%:12= 1% al mese: VIP PROFESSIONAL oppure per i VIP GOLD: 13%:12 = 1,08% oppure per i VIP PLATINUM:14%:12=12,17% del saldo conto.

3 2.2. The reward is accrued to accounts where the amount of traded lots equals or exceeds 1 lot for every $1.000 on the trading account at 00:00 of the first of the month. For example, at the first of the month you have $ on your trading account. Your amount of traded lots that would make the account eligible for application of the reward is 50 lots. Please note that the calculation of traded lots in MT5 differs from the calculation in MT4. The reward will be credited to the account for a full trade. For instance: you open the buy position of 2 lots in EURUSD. Your next position is the sell trade with the same currency pair and with the volume of 1 lot. It means your total position in EUR USD is the 1 existing buy lot. For the calculation of the reward it counts as one full lot if you close this lot The deposit at 00:00 of the first of the month is the deposit at the end of the previous month minus the deposited funds during the previous month. The deposited funds for an incomplete month are not taken into account The profits of transactions for an incomplete month accrue into the amount on which the reward will be calculated Other trading benefits of TeleTrade (including any legacy bonuses, credits or other trading enhancements granted by TeleTrade previously) will be not included in the calculation of the Savings Reward The amount of the reward for the previous month will be transferred into the trading account at the beginning of the next month. In calculating the number of lots eligible instruments are only FOREX and CFD for metals Il premio viene accreditato solo se il numero dei lotti tradati è 1 o più lotti per ogni $1.000 sul conto trading alle 00:00 del primo giorno del mese. Significa che ora la posizione complessiva su EURUSD è di una posizione buy con 1 lotto rimanente. Per il calcolo del premio quando verrà chiuso l ulteriore lotto, sarà considerato un unico lotto tradato Il deposito alle 00:00 del primo giorno del mese è uguale al deposito dell ultimo giorno della fine del mese precedente al netto dei fondi depositati nel corso del mese precedente. I fondi depositati durante il mese non vengono presi in considerazione per il calcolo Gli utili delle transazioni per un mese incompleto verranno presi in considerazione durante il calcolo del premio Gli altri benefit di TeleTrade (inclusi premi, accrediti o gli altri benefit già concessi da TeleTrade) non saranno inclusi nel calcolo del premio L importo del premio per il mese precedente sarà trasferito sul conto trading all inizio del mese successivo. TeleTrade refunds its VIP Clients some of the expenditures for closed transactions during the billing month. The amount of refund will depend on client s VIP status and will be calculated on the basis of the spread amount upon a position closing and the commission, which a client pays for execution of his transactions. Maximum amount of the refund cannot exceed $10 per lot. The refund will be transferred to the client s account at the beginning of each month prior to the 5th date of the month, following the billing month. L importo del rimborso dipende dallo stato VIP del cliente e sarà calcolato basandosi sullo spread della posizione chiusa e sulla commissione che paga il cliente per una transazione. L importo del cashback non può essere superiore ai $10 per un lotto. Il cashback viene accreditato al conto del cliente all inizio del mese successivo e non oltre il 5 giorno del mese successivo.
