Nel 1998 parte la linea ad Alta Velocità Roma-Napoli in cui opera con quattro cantieri per 74 chilometri tra viadotti, gallerie naturali ed artificiali, trincee ed impalcati. Negli Stati Uniti realizza circa due chilometri e mezzo della Metropolitana di Washinghton con un parcheggio annesso di 100.000 metri quadrati. In Corea, nel 1997, avvia i lavori per l Alta Velocità della linea Seul-Pusan nella quale si evidenziano, tra le varie opere, tre viadotti con impalcati a cassone per complessive 214 campate, interamente prefabbricate in cemento armato precompresso, secondo il sistema Ferrocemento. In 2006 it started the construction of Green Village, Monterotondo, in the vicinity of Rome: a residential complex of 150,000 cubic metres where sustainable construction criteria have been employed and for which some early 20th Century warehouses have been recovered. Condotte inoltre, sempre nel campo delle infrastrutture stradali, è particolarmente attiva in Giordania e negli Stati Uniti, mostrando in tal modo un ampia flessibilità nell affrontare sia le problematiche dei Paesi in via di sviluppo sia di quelli caratterizzati da un elevato sviluppo tecnologico. In Giordania ha costruito l Autostrada Ras El Naqab -Aqaba, l Autostrada Aqaba-Wady Al Yutum e la Strada di collegaprize which is awarded by the prestigious journal Project Finance. A testimonianza del crescente successo, sul finire del 2008, Condotte acquisisce il controllo della Società Cossi Costruzioni S.p.A., una delle imprese di punta nel settore dei lavori in sotterraneo. In Svizzera sono iniziati i lavori di scavo del portale Nord e del lotto principale della Galleria di base del Monte Ceneri, due fornici da 15 km ciascuno, della nuova trasversale ferroviaria alpina del San Gottardo. Negli Stati Uniti invece sono in corso di realizzazione i lavori per la costruzione dello svincolo Palmetto Expressway/Dolphin Expressway in Florida con intersezioni su the northern portal and for the main lot of the tunnel through Mount Ceneri have begun, two 15 kilometres long tunnels of the new Saint Gotthard Alpine Railway line. quattro livelli, per i quali sono previsti la costruzione o ricostruzione di 42 ponti. In Italia tra le opere in corso spiccano il Nuovo Centro Congressi all Eur disegnato dall Architetto Massimiliano Fuksas e la partecipazione al Consorzio per il Ponte sullo Stretto di Messina, un opera ciclopica dal punto di vista ingegneristico che garantirà il collegamento tra la Sicilia e la Calabria. Non va poi dimenticata la sfida che il progetto MOSE ha lanciato per la tutela e la salvaguardia della laguna di Venezia. Da qualche anno Condotte ha ripreso l attività degli investimenti in concessioni infrastrutturali, attività in cui fu pioniera nel lontano 1887 con il progetto del Canale Villoresi. Nell ambito di tale attività, sono in corso di sviluppo la rete portuale integrata nel Comune di Lipari e il nuovo Porto di Otranto. Inoltre Condotte è promotore con diritto di prelazione nei lavori per la linea D della Metropolitana di Roma, per il Grande Raccordo Anulare di Padova, per il nuovo Centro di Terapia Protonica dell Ospedale di Mestre e per il collegamento viario tra l Autostrada A4 e Iesolo, meglio nota come Via del Mare. 1997-2010 L Ingegnere Paolo Bruno: Il Presidente che ha caratterizzato l ultimo decennio Engineer Paolo Bruno: The Chairman who has marked the last decade Paolo Bruno inizia la sua attività nel 1955 nella Ferrocemento, durante la presidenza dell Ingegnere e finanziere, Fernando Piccinini. La Ferrocemento, attiva dal 1932, si è affermata principalmente nei settori delle infrastrutture e delle opere idrauliche, rappresentando un importante storia di successo dell imprenditoria italiana, soprattutto a partire dagli anni Settanta. L Ingegnere Bruno si è formato con il Professore Carlo Cestelli Guidi, figura di spicco tra gli ingegneri civili del XX secolo e docente di Tecnica delle Costruzioni all Università La Sapienza di Roma; su suo suggerimento elabora una tesi per un ponte sul Fiume Adige utilizzando il sistema di precompressione Dywidag, fino a quel tempo sconosciuto in Italia. Diventa poi assistente del Professore e contemporaneamente collabora nel suo Studio. Successivamente è anche assistente, per un breve periodo, del Professore Baiocchi all Istituto di Tecnica ed Economia dei Trasporti dell Università La Sapienza di Roma.
