Nessuna configurazione è necessaria dopo l installazione o durante il funzionamento del sensore. RETE DI PROPRIETA La rete locale per la raccolta dati diventa una rete di proprietà del cliente, senza canoni e con la possibilità di implementare i servizi del telecontrollo a propria disposizione. 3. AMPLIAMENTO FISICO DEL SISTEMA L'utilizzo dei ripetitori permette di aumentare le distanze di comunicazione e aggiungere altri sensori più distanti dal concentratore dati. 4. PROTEZIONE DA RUMORI E INTERFERENZE Il radio-sensore può trasmettere in uno o più canali per assicurare la comunicazione anche in presenza di disturbi di radiofrequenza. 5. PROTEZIONE DEL PACCHETTO DATI Il pacchetto di trasmissione è protetto rispetto alla perdita di informazioni da un algoritmo appositamente studiato. Ciò è indispensabile al fine di garantire una corretta trasmissione dei dati di misura. 6. DISTANZE DI COMUNICAZIONE Siamo in grado di garantire le migliori distanze di comunicazione per la tele-gestione e il telecontrollo (fino ad un raggio di 1200m). 1. TRANSPONDER Il nostro transponder TRP-03 svolge le seguenti funzioni : Rileva la pressione. Memorizza il dato. Calcola il tempo (data, ora, minuti, secondi, giorno della settimana). Prepara il pacchetto di trasmissione radio. Calcola l intervallo di trasmissione radio ed invia il pacchetto allo scadere del tempo preimpostato (che il cliente può scegliere in base alle sue esigenze). I dati che il transponder trasmette sono : N Identificativo dell oggetto. Valore relativo alla pressione rilevata. Segnalazione di eventuali allarmi in corso (pressione bassa/alta, batteria scarica, guasto sensore, allarme antifrode/ manomissione). Componen del sistema System components CONCENTRATORE DATI Il nostro concentratore dati CGS-002 è composto da : Una ricetrasmittente radio per la comunicazione con i transponder. Un modulo GSM per il trasferimeno dei dati a distanza. I dati raccolti vengono memorizzati in una memoria interna, per poi essere raggruppati in uno o più SMS. Ogni SMS contiene i dati provenienti da 10 transonder. La trasmissione del SMS avviene ogni 12 ore. In caso di presenza di allarmi l invio è immediato. È possibile altresì forzare l invio del messaggio tramite richiesta del server (PC) oppure avvicinando un magnete al punto sensibile indicato dalla freccia. MODEM GSM Il nostro modem GSM MGS-001 è collegato direttamente al PC tramite RS232 oppure USB. Ciò rende possibile la visualizzazione dei dati su PC in un sistema centralizzato di telecontrollo dei sensori.
