TENDITORI AUTOMATICI TIPO TO- ET- TA NT I tenditori automatici tipo TO ET TA NT sono dispositivi automatici che consentono di mantenere la corretta tensione della catena di trasmissione, aumentandone così la durata. Inoltre essi recuperano automaticamente l allungamento che la catena subisce nel tempo durante il suo funzionamento, evitando così l insorgere di vibrazioni e di rumorosità dovuti all allentamento della stessa. Questi tenditori automatici non necessitano dell intervento di alcun operatore, consentendo risparmi di tempo in manutenzione e gestione dei macchinari sui quali sono assemblati. I modelli TO ET TA sono costituiti da una base in lega di alluminio speciale antigrippaggio, che permette il perfetto scorrimento delle colonnette zincate in acciaio ad alta resistenza, dove viene fissata la testa. I modelli NT hanno una base in alluminio chiusa nella parte inferiore per bloccare infiltrazioni di agenti esterni ed hanno boccole di scorrimento in materiale plastico per colonnette. I modelli TO TA NT presentano una testa di tensionatura in materiale plastico anti-usura a basso coefficiente di attrito ( polietilene 1000 coefficiente attrito dinamico 0,06 acciaio a secco.) e resistono ad una temperatura di 65 C. Con tre diversi profili le teste in polietilene hanno un usura che sostanzialmente è uguale a zero ( a queste temperature) e sono disponibili per catene di tipo ISO o ASA semplici, doppie e triple. I modelli ET sono particolarmente indicati quando si opera in presenza di alte temperature, per cui gomme e materie plastiche si usurerebbero, il campo di lavoro può arrivare a 130 C. Montano su colonnette teste in lega leggera presso fuso dove è possibile montare puleggie,rocchetti, pignoni, ecc. I modelli TO 05 sono la versione in materiale plastico ed hanno gli stessi parametri meccanici dei modelli precedenti. Possono raggiungere un campo di lavoro di 65 C. ed hanno il corpo e la testa in Delrin ( materiale plastico). I modelli tipo TO-05-DP1 sono la versione in materiale plastico con corpo in Delrin e testa in polietilene 1000. Per tutti i modelli è possibile realizzare una versione alimentare con colonnette, molla e particolari di montaggio in acciaio AISI 304/303. AUTOMATIC TENSIONERS TYPE TO ET TA NT Automatic tensioners type TO ET TA NT are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain so it lasts longer. Automatic tensioners type NT has sliding bush used for the stud bolts and it is made of a plastic material. Type TO TA NT have a tension head made of a plastic material that avoids wear and tear and has a very low friction coefficient ( polyethylene 1000 dynamic friction coefficient 0.06 dry steel) they can resist to a temperature of 65 C. The polyethylene heads, that can be in 3 different profiles, have a wear and tear reduced to nothing ( at the above temperature) and they can be used according to the ISO and ASA proceedings on simple, double or triple chain drive. Type ET are particularly suitable when you need to work with high temperature So if you would use gum or plastic there will be wear and tear. You can reach a temperature of 130. On the stud bolts they have head made of a light die cast alloy where it is possible to set up pulleys, sprockets, pinions, etc. Type TO 05 are the plastic version of the previous one and they have the same mechanical functions, they can work at a temperature of 65 C. The body and the head are in Delrin ( plastic material). Type TO 05-DP1 are a plastic version with body made of Delrin and the head made of polyethylene 1000. TENDITORI ORIENTABILI TIPO ORIENT Il tenditore orientabile ORIENT lavora come un dispositivo fisso, quindi al suo interno non si trovano ne molle elicoidali ne elastomeri. La sua peculiarità sta nel fatto che può essere orientato a piacere, sia prima del montaggio che successivamente, qualora l allungamento della cinghia o della catena richieda una correzione della tensionatura. Ciò è reso possibile grazie a una dentatura realizzata sia sulla base e sulla leva, che permette di assemblare le due parti ad ogni rotazione di 15 per tutti i 360 disponibili, questo significa 24 posizioni tra base e leva, in più l asola antirotazione della base permette di essere precisi. Queste due parti sono realizzate in lega di alluminio ad altissima resistenza: La base ha 6 fori filettati per il fissaggio orientabile della leva, 1 per il fissaggio di se stessa, un asola antirotazione per il posizionamento sul telaio (o piano) dove è alloggiato l elemento cinghia\catena da tendere. Il fissaggio avviene tramite un foro centrale al meccanismo e all asola antirotazione; per avere una maggiore precisione della tensionatura è stato ricavato un esagono per chiave commerciale, basta semplicemente sbloccare l asola antirotazione e ruotare tutto l elemento. La leva reca 8 fori per fissaggio variabile alla base e un foro per il montaggio della puleggia\rocchetto\testa in polietilene, ogni 15 due fori della base vengono a coincidere con i fori sulla leva, tramite due viti commerciali avviene cosi il completo montaggio del tenditore. Questa caratteristica rende tale prodotto versatile adattabile ad una casistica ampia di applicazioni e permette molteplici soluzioni in fatto di ingombro e posizionamento. L assenza di materiali sintetici, permette a ORIENT di lavorare a temperature di oltre 100 C ( ORIENT-P con testa in polietilene fino a 65 C). E un ottima alternativa a chi non necessita di un tenditore automatico, ma allo stesso tempo ha problemi di ingombro posizionamento sulla macchina e snervamento cinghia\catena. La gamma prevede: ORIENT con foro diametro 6,5 ( foratura o filettatura su richiesta) ORIENT-R con rocchetto dentato ORIENT-P con testa in polietilene 1000 coefficiente attrito dinamico 0,06 acciaio a secco) ORIENT-PUG con puleggia a gola e protezioni ORIENT-PU con puleggia ( in catalogo abbiamo svariate misure e materiali a scelta) ROTARY TENSIONERS TYPE ORIENT The rotary tensioner type Orient works as a fixed device and inside there are neither halical springs nor elastomers. Its main characteristic is the fact that it is possible to orient it before or after you assemble it in case the belt or the chain need tension correction. All that is possible thanks to a toothing located on the base and on the lever which allows you to assemble them at every rotation of 15 degrees for all 360 degrees. This means that you can have 24 positions between the base and the lever and the anti-rotation buttonhole allows you to be precise. These two parts are made of a high- strength aluminium alloy : The base has 6 threaded holes for the rotary fastening of the lever, one for the fastening of itself, one anti-rotation buttonhole to assemble it on the frame ( or plane) where there is the belt or the chain that has to be tightened. Everything is fixed through a central hole made to the frame and to the anti-rotation buttonhole. We realized an hexagon for standard wrench so it is enough to release the anti-rotation buttonhole and rotate the entire element. The lever has 8 holes to have a varying fastening to the body and a hole to assemble the pulley or the idler sprocket or the polyethylene head. At every 15 degrees two holes of the base correspond to the ones located on the lever so using two standard screws you can assemble the tensioner. This aspect makes it a versatile product that can be used in many situations and it allows you also to have different solutions as far as the overall dimensions and positions. The lack of synthetic material makes the type ORIENT able to work at a temperature up to more than 100 C degrees( type ORIENT-P with a polyethylene head can reach a temperature up to 65 C degrees). If you do not need an automatic tensioner It represents a good solution to overall dimensions, position on the machinery and weakening of the belt/chain. The range can be: ORIENT with hole 6,5 ( boring or threading on demand). ORIENT-R with idler sprocket. ORIENT-P with a polyethylene head and with a dynamic friction factor that is 0,06 dry steel. ORIENT-PUG with a rim pulley and protections. ORIENT-PU with pulley ( on our catalogue you can find pulleys made of different materials and in different measures).
-LIMITATORI DI COPPIA A FRIZIONE LF - LIMITATORI DI COPPIA A FRIZIONE CON SEGNALATORE DI SLITTAMENTO-LF SL - LIMITATORI DI COPPIA A FRIZIONE CON GIUTO A CATENA-LFG - LIMITATORI DI COPPIA CON GIUNTO SINCRONO-GS I limitatori di coppia sono dispositivi di sicurezza affidabili e di elevata qualità. Vengono utilizzati per proteggere le parti di comando da carichi eccessivi che possono danneggiare i vari organi di trasmissione. Trasmettono, nel funzionamento normale, la coppia necessaria e slittano quando sovraccaricati. La precisa regolazione della coppia viene effettuata semplicemente avvitando la ghiera di regolazione. Nel caso in cui la coppia ecceda il limite prestabilito la parte di comando viene automaticamente disinserita dalla parte condotta. Le serie LF-LFG-LFSL utilizzano materiali di frizione con assenza di amianto, spinti da una o due molle a tazza e regolate da una ghiera, che permette di registrare i carichi. La serie LFG utilizza un giunto a catena (coassiale) con lo stesso funzionamento di materiali di frizione. La serie LF SL ha lo stesso funzionamento a frizione dei precedenti, in più incorpora il segnalatore di slittamento, dispositivo che segnala quando la coppia da trasmettere supera il valore impostato. Possono essere forniti di giunto a catena LFG SL. La serie GS utilizza invece delle sfere e una pila di molle a tazza montate a linea regressiva, per cui al superamento della coppia prestabilita, l attrito è ridotto a valori minimi. Se durante il funzionamento si verifica un inceppamento del sistema il corpo esterno viene sganciato con uno spostamento lineare, questo per poter azionare un interruttore esterno, che permetta di segnalare l emergenza,il giunto si ripristina automaticamente nei primi 360 di rotazione. CLUTHC TORQUE LIMITER TYPE LF CLUTCH TORQUE LIMITER WITH SLIPPING INDICATOR TYPE-LF SL CLUTCH TORQUE LIMITER WITH COUPLING TYPE-LFG TORQUE LIMITER WITH SYNCHRONOUS COUPLING TYPE-GS Torque limiters are reliable security devices of high quality. They are used to protect drive parts from overload which can damage the different transmission gears. Usually they transmit the right coupling and slip when they are overloaded. The right adjustment of the coupling is reached screwing the threaded adjusting ring. If the coupling exceeds the established limit the drive is automatically disconnected. The type LF-LFG-LFSL are produced with a friction material without amianthus and they receive the thrust from one or two springs which are adjusted by a threaded ring that is able to set the loads. The type LFG has a coaxial coupling that has the same functioning of the friction materials. The type LF SL has the same friction functioning of the previous types but in addition it has a slipping indicator which signals when the coupling goes over the fixed limit. We have also the type LFG SL. The type GS has various balls and a spring pile where the spring are put following a regressive method so when the established coupling is exceeded the friction is reduced to minimum values. If during the functioning there is a jamming of the system, the external body is released with a linear shifting so that you can use an external switch that indicates the emergency and coupling goes back automatically within the first 360 of rotation.
