Verrà inoltre messo a disposizione lo spazio web creato per il progetto Deeper (Developing innovative and integrated Program for refugees and asylum seekers) che permetterà ai formatori di presentarsi e interagire prima, durante e alla fine del corso. Questo spazio web è la Complex Deeper Community, una comunità di pratica on-line esistente composta da circa 100 formatori italiani che operano con rifugiati e richiedenti asilo, che ha lo scopo di condividere esperienze e strumenti di lavoro a distanza. Objectives Il corso intende sostenere la crescita di consapevolezza dell esistenza di risorse di apprendimento in ogni contesto e favorire lo scambio di esperienze e strumenti di lavoro efficaci. I formatori saranno aiutati a riconoscere, a far fronte e a valorizzare l eterogeneità (per età, titolo di studio, cultura, stili cognitivi, sistemi simbolici di riferimento, ecc) delle classi e a considerarla come un punto di forza dei processi formativi. Inoltre il corso si prefigge di orientare i partecipanti risuardo: - il sistema europeo di asilo; - la ricerca di risorse e opportunità di finanziamento; - reti di istituzioni e organizzazioni che offrono servizi per rifugiati e richiedenti asilo; - normativa e leggi di riferimento. Methodology I partecipanti arricchiranno il proprio bagaglio di competenze attraverso la conoscenza e la sperimentazione del Modello di Complex Learning. Verranno applicate strategie di apprendimento personalizzato (analisi dei fabbisogni, bilancio di competenze, analisi delle capacità apprenditive, ecc) attraverso vari approcci: approccio narrativo e biografico, approccio didattico situazionale e contestuale, approccio di apprendimento collaborativo e collettivo, approccio artistico (teatro, pittura, fotografia, ecc), stategie di comunicazione collettiva e collaborativa di apprendimento on-line, utilizzo di strumenti asincroni e reti di apprendimento per la comunicazione formativa, approcci di auto-valutazione e strategia del supporto tra pari. Questo permetterà ai partecipanti di esprimere le proprie attitudini interculturali, comprendere gli habitus culturali dei paesi di origine dei migranti e i loro simboli culturali in modo da saper scegliere e usare esempi e simboli adatti alle diverse audiences a situazioni. Follow-up Alla fine del corso i formatori potranno continuare ad utilizzare la piattaforma presentata all inizio in modo da rimanere in contatto utilizzando e-mail, forum e social network. Ciò permetterà ai partecipanti sia di riflettere sull utilizzo e sull esperienza del modello proposto sia di consolidare la cultura della condivisione e di arricchire in modo continuo il proprio bagaglio di competenze e conoscenze. ENGLISH: Preparation Before the beginning of the course, the follow materials will be sent to the participants: - the course programme; - a Learning Community presentation; - the Complex Learning formative pact ; - a presentation of the Deeper Community and the other work resourches; - a brief presentation of the model through slides and abstracts. Indeed, the web space created for the Deeper Project will be availlable and it permits to participant to introduce theirself and to interact before, during and at the end of the course. This web space is the Complex Deeper Community, an existing on-line practice community composed by about 100 italian trainer wich ID: 33255 2 / 8
Objectives dealing with migrants and asylum seekers. This community has the aim to share experiences and work tools at distance. The course intends to support the awareness about the existence of learning resourches in each context and facilate the exchange of experiences and useful work tools. Trainers will be helped to recognize, to face and to valorize the heterogeneity of the classes (for age, educational qualification, culture, cognitive styles, reference sybolic system)and they will be helped to consider the heterogeneity a strong point of the training process. Indeed the course intends to orient participants about: - the european asylum system; - the resorches research and funding opportunities; - istitutional net and organizations that offer services for refugees and asylum seekers; - normative and reference law. Methodology Participants will enrich their competences baggage through the knowledge and experience of the Complex Learning. Will be adoped personalized learning strategies (needs analysis, balance of competences, learning ability analysis)through different approaches: narrative and biographical approach, contextual and situational didactical approach, collaborative and collective approach, artistic approach as theatre, picture, painting)collective and collaborative strategies of on-line learning, asynchronous tools and learning net for the formative communication, self evaluation approach and peer to peer support strategy. This permit to participants to expert their intecultural attitudes, understand the cultural habitus of the homeland of migrants and their cultural symbols in order to know, choose and use suitable examples and symboles for different audience. Follow-up At the end of the course, participants can continue to use the on-line platform in order to maintain contacts. This permit to participant both reflect about the experience and the use of the proposed model and to consolidate the sharing culture and enrich their knowledge and competences baggage in a continuative way. I partecipanti inseriscono il proprio profilo nella community e si presentano in un apposito thread (09-12). Pausa (12-13). Workshop con dibattito sulla scelta di contenuti e temi del corso (13-15). Fase di SOCIALIZZAZIONE: gli organizzatori animano e guidano lo sviluppo della comunità. 3 Gli organizzatori stimolano i partecipanti ad arricchire il database della community, invitano a caricare e utilizzare info e risorse (09-12). INTERAZIONE: i partecipanti condividono e discutono i propri stili di lavoro rafforzando la cultura della condivisione. 4 Projectwork: simulazione di un corso per migranti (09-12.30). Pausa (12.30-13.30). Workshop: i partecipanti scelgono tema e target sul quale lavorare in gruppo eseguendo un analisi dei fabbisogni e delle attività proponibili (13.30-16.00). COLLABORAZIONE: raggiungimento di consapevolezza e senso di appartenenza che permette di lavorare ad un progetto comune. Gli organizzatori forniscono feedback e guidano i partecipanti rendendoli consapevoli del percorso svolto. 5 Fase di SVILUPPO: coincide con il raggiungimento del completo senso di appartenenza alla community che permette di allargare il gruppo ad altre comunità del web in modo da ampliare il senso di condivisione. Trainers are invited to exchange and share practices, methods and results of personal works. Participants upload all information and documents that can improve the community knowledge pool (12-13). Break (13-14). Debate (14-18). INTERACTION phase, sharing and discussion of personal working styles in a constructive way to improve the culture of sharing. 4. Projectwork activity: creation of a course for migrants (09-12.30) Break (12.30-13.30). Participants choose theme and target, working through online workshop activities aimed at need analysis (13.30-16.00). COLLABORATION phase: the community improve awareness and membership feeling, working on a common project development. 5. DEVELOPMENT phase: the community opens to other web communities. DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE MINIMUM OBLIGATIONS FOR PROVIDERS OF COMENIUS AND GRUNDTVIG TRAINING EVENTS The declaration has to be provided for each training event to be included in the Comenius-Grundtvig Training Database Reference Number Title Organising Institution (to be filled by the National Agency) Complex Learning: un opportunità di connessione e valorizzazione delle esperienze dei formatori che operano con i migranti I, as the representative of the training provider institution, wish to publicise in the European Comenius and Grundtvig Training Database the above mentioned training event which will be organised according to the minimal requirements defined herein. 1. TRAINING CONTENT We offer: a training event for adult or school education staff which is in line with the relevant annual Lifelong Learning Programme Call for Proposals; a training event with a strong European dimension in terms of subject matter and profile of trainers which will provide the participants with practical professional skills and knowledge to gain a broader understanding of school or adult education in Europe; a highly qualified team to ensure high quality of the training activity; We provide our participants with a suitable pre-departure programme (e.g. suggested reading material, support documents, questionnaires, etc.); a range of follow-up activities which will allow participants to get maximum benefit from the training (e.g. distance learning activities, self-assessment of lessons taught after training, peer networking); a certificate of attendance of the training activity. The certificate will clearly specify the name of the participant, dates of the activity and the training content followed by the participant, and it will be distributed at the end of the training activity (before participants' departure). If possible, we will use the Europass Mobility certificate. We confirm that where a structured course or a seminar/conference is targeted at Comenius grant holders, it is the result of a previous Socrates project or an LLP Multilateral Project or a Network. 2. COMPOSITION OF THE GROUP We confirm that the specific target group/s (Comenius or Grundtvig) for the event is clearly specified; the participants should come from at least three countries participating in the LLP; one nationality should normally constitute maximum 30% of all participants of the course, and we will make every effort to reach this target. 3. ORGANISATIONAL ASPECTS We confirm that the training activity is held in a country participating in the LLP (see the list in the annual Call for Proposals); the IST activity can last maximum 6 weeks; a structured course must last at least 5 working days (excluding travel time); a detailed day by day programme with clear start and end time of training activities has been provided in the Comenius and Grundtvig Training Database and it corresponds to the training that will be realised; we will not charge the participants any pre-registration fees; in case we need to cancel the training event, we will not charge the participants with any costs and we will reimburse promptly any course fees paid by the participants; we provide detailed rules concerning cancellation. We guarantee free cancellation until 4 weeks before the training; in case we have more than one group per session we provide information on how we build the groups; we organise an evaluation session at the end of the training activity; we guarantee that the information given in the Comenius and Grundtvig Training Database is up to date and binding for the training offered. 4. TRAINING PROVIDER INSTITUTION We declare that our organisation comes from one of the countries participating in the LLP (see the list in the annual Call for Proposals); has a legal status and experience in the field of in-service training provision specifically for the school or adult education sectors; is experienced in working with multinational groups; has the financial and technical capacity to successfully offer the proposed training activities.
