Lechsys and Lechsys Effect are versatile industrial tintometric coating systems which produce an extremely diversified product range. They represent a complete system offer comprising: technology product range colours service and support They offer a choice of one- or two-pack formulations; one-coat or twocoat primers, fillers and topcoats with different chemical properties, performance and cost. All products are mixed on the system from highly concentrated base colours and binder resins that have different chemical and physical characteristics.

SYSTEMS LECHSYS LECHSYS EFFECT The Lechsys system enables the user to reproduce all solid colours and some metallic colours. It is composed of 29 base colours available in 1 and 3,75 lt can size 1 additive 61 binder resins available in pre-dosed cans to obtain 4 and 16 lt finished products. The potential colour range is in excess of 6.000 solid industrial colours including the main international norms (RAL, British Standard, Afnor, NCS and Commercial Vehicles). Non standard colour solutions can also be developed. It is possible to obtain: - Anticorrosive primers and preparation fillers: epoxy, epoxy-acrylic, synthetic, syntheticphenolic, epoxy-ester, wash primer, polyurethane and polyacrylic. - Different types of one-pack finishes: synthetic, alkyd, nitro, acrylic, epoxy-ester, vinyl, cyclized rubber resin, nitro and two-coat. Evolving from the Lechsys system, Lechsys Effect enables the production of all effect colours: mica s, pearl and metallic. It is composed of 56 metallic, pearl, mica and solid base colours available in 1 and 3,75 lt cans 4 fluorescent base colours 2 additives 7 binder resins available in pre-dosed cans to obtain 4 lt of the finished product It offers the possibility of obtaining endless metallic, pearl, fluo and solid colours and 5 finishes dedicated to the plastic and metal sectors for O.E.M, with direct adhesion on various substrates. It is possible to obtain finishes having: - Two-coat gloss or matt effect (with application of one-pack or two-pack basecoat overcoated with clearcoat). - One-pack one-coat matt effect - Two-pack one-coat matt effect - Different types of two-pack finishes: MS and Ultra HS polyurethane, MS and Ultra HS acrylic, epoxy, soft-touch and nitro.
