1. ISTRUZIONI GENERALI PER L INSTALLAZIONE 1. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING Make sure power supply is protected up to standard depending on application. The power of the motor has to be within the control panel's limits of use. Install the control panel in an environment appropriate to its IP55 degree of protection. In order to fix the box, use the appropriate holes which are present or suggested on the bottom. Pay particular attention to not touching or damaging any components while fixing the box. Eliminate whatever metal and/or plastic impurity which could happen to fall inside the box (screws, washers, dust ). When connecting electric cables, follow the wiring diagrams. When fixing the cables in the terminal board use tools of correct size to avoid damaging the metal feed clamps and their sockets. Before acting upon anything inside, disconnect power supply. Regulation procedures must be carried out by qualified personnel. In case protections intervene verify the cause of the problem before resetting. If necessary substitute the various components only with those having the same characteristics and components as the originals. Assicurarsi che la linea sia protetta, secondo le normative, in funzione dell applicazione. Accertarsi che la potenza e la corrente di targa del motore rispecchino i limiti di impiego del quadro. Installare il quadro in ambienti adatti al suo grado di protezione IP55. Per il fissaggio dell involucro, utilizzare gli appositi fori già presenti o predisposti sul fondo. Nell effettuare il fissaggio dell involucro fare molta attenzione a non toccare o danneggiare i vari componenti. Eliminare qualsiasi tipo di impurità metallica e/o plastica che dovesse casualmente cadere all interno dell involucro (viti, rondelle, polvere...). Effettuare i collegamenti elettrici rispettando gli schemi di collegamento. Nel fissare i cavi sulle morsettiere, adoperare attrezzi di giuste misure e dimensioni evitando di danneggiare i morsetti metallici e le relative sedi. Prima di qualsiasi operazione da effettuare all interno, escludere l alimentazione generale. Le operazioni di regolazione all interno del quadro devono essere svolte da personale qualificato. In caso di intervento delle protezioni verificarne la causa prima del ripristino. In caso di necessità sostituire i vari componenti solo con altri aventi le stesse caratteristiche e portate di quelli originali. Per l intervento all interno del quadro usare attrezzi adeguati per evirare danni alle morsettiere. Be sure that the power of the motor is within the control panel range. PERICOLO DANGER Prima di ogni intervento accertarsi che il quadro sia scollegato dall alimentazione elettrica,. Non effettuare manovre con il quadro aperto. Il quadro deve essere collegato ad un efficiente impianto di terra. Per il fissaggio del quadro usare gli appositi fori, non danneggiare i componenti interni ed eliminare eventuali detriti di lavorazione all interno del quadro. In caso di intervento delle protezioni eliminare la causa del mal funzionamento prima di effettuare il ripristino. 7. IMPIEGO 7. APPLICATION L avviatore LEVEL è particolarmente adatto per sistemi con pompe o elettropompe sommerse che necessitino di un controllo sulla mancanza d acqua per mezzo di sonde di livello. Il segnale applicato alle sonde non è continuo ma a intervalli di tempo al fine di allungare la durata delle sonde. Questo sistema permette di discriminare gli effetti capacitivi generati dai cavi in pozzi di una certa profondità. The LEVEL control panel is particularly suitable for installations with motors or electrical submersible pumps needing to control the lack of water through level probes. The signal applied to the probes is not continuous but at intervals in order to extend the lifetime of the probes. This system allows to discriminate the capacitive effects generated by the wires in some deep wells. 8. PULSANTI E DIAGNOSTICA LED 8. BUTTONS AND DIAGNOSTIC LED Nel pannello frontale del LEVEL c è una etichetta composta da una serie di led e un pulsante che permettono di interagire con il dispositivo. On the front panel of the LEVEL there is a template consisting of a series of led lights and a button that allow to interact with the device. 9. PROGRAMMAZIONE 9. PROGRAMMING Per far funzionare il LEVEL è essenziale programmare una serie di parametri elencati di seguito. To make the LEVEL work is essential to program a series of parameters listed below. - CURRENT (Fig. 1) Questo parametro indica la corrente massima di sovraccarico del motore. Per effettuare una buona calibrazione è raccomandabile ruotare il trimmer CURRENT fino al valore di fondo scala e, dopo aver avviato il motore, ruotarlo in senso antiorario per poter individuar la corrente di assorbimento (si accende il Led rosso PROTECTION) per poi aumentare la calibrazione di un 20%. - CURRENT (Fig. 1) This parameter indicates the motor overload maximum current. In order to make a good calibration is recommended that you rotate the trimmer CURRENT (Fig. 1) to the full scale value, and then, after you start the engine, rotate it counterclockwise in order to identify the current absorbed by the motor (the Led PROTECTION is ON) and then increase the calibration by 20%. - PROBES SENSITIVITY (Fig. 2) Questo parametro si utilizza per impostare la sensibilità della conduttività tra le 3 sonde di livello. L intervallo di regolazione va da 0 a 100 Kohm. - PROBES SENSITIVITY (Fig. 3-4) This parameter is used to adjust the sensitivity of conduction between the 3 level probes. Quando questo di trova in posizione ON (riempimento) la centralina avvia il motore solo se rileva mancanza d acqua nella vasca; al contrario quando lo switch si trova nella posizione OFF (svuotamento), nella condizione di mancanza d acqua, la centralina non avvia il motore. Ogni volta che cambiamo lo stato di uno switch dobbiamo riavviare il quadro prima di riutilizzarlo. Fig.3 - FILLING/EMPTYING (Fig.3) This function is set through a switch situated on the motherboard. When it is ON (filling) the centrol unit only starts the engine if it detects the absence of water in the tank; on the contrary, when the switch is OFF (emptying) in the condition of the absence of water the central unit will not start the engine. Each time you change the status of the switch you must restart the control panel before reusing it. 11

10. FUNZIONAMENTO GENERALE DEL QUADRO 10. GENERAL FUNCTIONING OF THE CONTROL PANEL All accensione del dispositivo il Led POWER lampeggerà per circa 10s indicando il tempo di ATTESA PRESENZA RETE. Trascorso questo tempo sarà possibile impostare il dispositivo in tre diversi stati AUTOMATIC-STOP-MANUAL attraverso l apposito pulsante. When you turn ON the device the POWER Led will flash during about 10s indicating the SUPPLY MAINS WAIT. After this time it is possibile to set the device into three different modalities AUTOMATICSTOP-MANUAL through the appropriate button. - AUTOMATIC Si attiva dallo stato di STOP premendo l apposito pulsante. In questa condizione la scheda madre avvierà il motore solo se il comando esterno (galleggiante o pressostato) è chiuso e se il dispositivo rileva presenza di acqua nel pozzo. - AUTOMATIC It is activated from STOP modality by pressing the appropriate button. In this condition, the motherboard starts the motor only if the external command (float switch or pressure switch) is closed and if the device detects presence of water in the well. - STOP Si attiva dallo stato di AUTOMATIC premendo l apposito pulsante. In questa condizione la scheda madre non avvia il motore. - STOP It is activated from AUTOMATIC modality by pressing the appropriate button. In this condition, the motherboard does not start the motor. - MANUAL Si attiva dallo stato di STOP premendo l apposito pulsante. In questa condizione la scheda madre avvia il motore fino al suo rilascio escludendo il controllo sulla mancanza di acqua e il comando esterno. Rilasciando il pulsante si ritorna allo stato STOP. - MANUAL It is activated from STOP modality by pressing the appropriate button. In this condition, the motherboard starts the motor until you release the button excluding the control over the lack of water and the external command. Releasing the button you return to STOP. 11. MODULO USCITA ALLARME OP200.00 11. ALARM OUTPUT MODULE OP200.00 In questo tipo di quadri è possibile aggiungere alla scheda madre un modulo che permette di avere un uscita di allarme in presenza di un guasto o un anomalia.
