Scheda Tecnica / Technical sheet GRUPPO DI SCAMBIO E CONTROLLO TEMPERATURA OSSIDO AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL Per il raffreddamento dei bagni di anodizzazione vengono impiegati particolari gruppi di scambio. Questi gruppi sono realizzati con l impiego di speciali pompe, scambiatori di calore e valvole a tre vie con comando motorizzato. Le pompe impiegate sono del tipo orizzontale e verticale, tutte le parti a contatto con l acido solforico sono in materiale antiacido. Lo scambiatore di calore è costituito da due circuiti: nel primario circola l acido solforico al 20% da raffreddare mentre nel circuito secondario circola in controcorrente l acqua fredda proveniente dal pozzo o da un gruppo frigorifero adeguato. Lo scambiatore è del tipo a piastre stampate in acciaio inossidabile austenitico con guarnizioni che pongono i due liquidi in controcorrente, attraverso i passaggi fra le coppie alternate di piastre. La valvola servocomandata a tre vie, controllabile a distanza per mezzo di un termoregolatore con uscita On / Off o P.I.D. (proporzionale, integrale, derivativo) ed una sonda di temperatura, permette la regolazione ottimale del processo di ossidazione mantenendo il bagno stesso ad una temperatura costante. La valvola motorizzata è costituita da un corpo in ghisa con parti interne in bronzo, motore bidirezionale con scheda elettronica, azionamento manuale in caso di interruzione di energia. In caso di necessità la valvola a tre vie può essere by-passata da una serie di valvole manuali. Special temperature regulating units are used to cool the anodizing baths. These units are made up of special pumps, heat exchangers and 3-way motorized valves. The pumps used are of a horizontal and vertical type and their parts in contact with sulphuric acid are of anti-acid material. The heat exchanger has two circuits: The sulphuric acid at 20% to be cooled circulates in the primary circuit; whereas cold water coming from the well or from a suitable refrigerating unit circulates upstream in the secondary circuit. The exchanger is equipped with stamped plates of austenitic stainless steel, finished with gaskets that drive the two fluids upstream by making them pass between alternate pairs of plates. A 3-way servo-assisted valve, which is remote-controllable by means of a thermoregulator with ON/OFF or P.I.D. (proportional, integral, derivative) output and a temperature probe, allow an optimum regulation of the anodizing process, keeping the bath at an almost steady temperature. The motorized valve has a cast iron body with bronze inside parts, a two-way motor with electronic card and a manual drive in case of a black-out. If necessary the 3-way valve can be by-passed acting on a series of manual valves.
