Originally founded and formed in 1947 in Cremona to manufacture only valves for tube tyres, Wonder moved gradually into the entire tyre valves and accessories business. Today the company manufactures more than 50 million valves per year being in position to offer a complete range of more than 400 items. Production lines, developed by continuous investments, make use of most advanced technologies and provide a very high qualitative standard. Wonder gained from Det Norske Veritas the certification Nr. DNV 0114696 certifying the conformity of its Quality System to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. In the production of all rubbercoated and metallic valves Wonder also achieved the certification of conformity to the standard ISO TS 16949. In 2011 Wonder S.p.a obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification. Fondata nel 1947 a Cremona per produrre valvole per camere d aria, Wonder S.p.a. si è progressivamente sviluppata all interno del settore delle valvole e degli accessori per il gonfiaggio dei pneumatici fino ad offrire una gaa di oltre 400 articoli e produrre più di 50 milioni di valvole l anno. e linee di produzione, aggiornate con continui investimenti, utilizzano le più moderne tecnologie e permettono di mantenere uno standard qualitativo straordinariamente elevato. Present section includes valves, caps and cores. To choose the right valve, please follow the general instructions below. Valve diameter must perfectly suit rim hole diameter. The valve must not overhang from the tyre side and must be accessible for inflation and pressure control. Snapin valve installation (Fig. 1) Be sure the rim hole has a flat surface with no radial striations. ubricate the valve with water and insert it perpendicularly to the rim hole. Pull the valve till the position shown in the picture is reached. Metallic valve installation (Fig. 2) Be sure the rim hole has a flat surface with no radial striations. Insert the valve perpendicularly to the rim hole. Tighten the nut at the recoended installation torque. Recoendations Replace the snapin valve every time you change the tyre. Replace the core every time you disassemble it from the valve. Replace the rubber seal every time you disassemble a metallic valve from the rim. 1 Questa sezione comprende le valvole, i coperchietti e i meccanismi. Montaggio valvola metallica (Figura 2) Controllare che il foro del cerchione sia esente da bave e la superficie di appoggio sia piana e priva di striature. Inserire la valvola con l asse perpendicolare al foro del cerchione. Serrare il dado rispettando la coppia di serraggio indicata. Raccomandazioni Sostituire la valvola goata a ogni cambio di pneumatico. Sostituire il meccanismo a ogni suo smontaggio dalla valvola. Sostituire la guarnizione a ogni smontaggio di una valvola metallica dal cerchione. 2

Car valves Wonder car tyre valves are a made in Italy product. The design and manufacuturing of the products is constantly developed thanks to the professional skills and technological capabilities of our research team, in order to improve the performance, reliability and safety of our products. Wonder S.p.a. offers a complete range of valves designed for heavy transport means: different types of valves for inner tubes and tubeless valves. The company is able to provide a large range of extensions and assembling service tools. Truck tyre valves are designed in order to maintain the optimal pressure inside the tyre under extreme conditions; this allows to save a great amount of fuel and guarantees better driving performances and security. The quality of all Wonder S.p.a. products is guaranteed by computerbased controls on the production lines and daily tests executed by our experts in the inhouse laboratory. Caps and cores This section deals with caps and cores for valves manufactured by Wonder S.p.a. The cores represent the centre of every tyre valve: Wonder S.p.a. cores are carefully designed to be safe and reliable in every situation. Wonder suggests to replace it each time you change the tyre and to use clean and proper equipment when inflating tyres to avoid depositing foreign material on the valve core. The valve cap is a tool of primary importance for security while driving. It keeps the pressure inside the tyre, preventing air to leak or foreign matter to enter inside the valve. Wonder S.p.a. produces an entire range of caps for valves to meet all the different tyre valves and cars features: simple caps, with internal metal or plastic packing. Coperchietti e meccanismi Questa sezione comprende i coperchietti e i meccanismi per le valvole prodotte da Wonder S.p.a. I meccanismi rappresentano il cuore di ogni valvola: i meccanismi Wonder S.p.a. sono progettati per essere precisi e affidabili in ogni condizione. Wonder raccomanda di cambiare il meccanismo ad ogni cambio di pneumatico e di utilizzare attrezzature pulite e specialistiche nel gonfiaggio per evitare di danneggiare il meccanismo e la valvola. Dial type inflator gauges, dial type tyre pressure gauges This section includes dial type inflator gauges and dial type tyre pressure gauges. Wonder has developed its dial type inflator gauges within a project regarding essentially the tyre service and the expertise of this field. As a result the main features of these tools are precision, stabilitysetting no matter how long it s been used and reliability. Wonder offers a range of over 20 models to suit any type of vehicle, from the famous EURODAINU produced since the beginning of the 80s in more than 2 million units to the latest SUPERDAINU inflator gauge, Wonder stateoftheart technology. Wonder uses only high quality materials from certified sources to offer its customers high level and guaranteed products minimizing the impact on the environment. All products are developed, tested and assembled in Wonder plant in Cremona (Italy). For a longlasting service of the device it is recoended to follow the instructions below. Avoid shocks. Do not disassemble. Do not use it to inflate or to check the pressure of water filled tyres or tyres containing antipuncture products. Avoid contact with solvents and hydrocarbons. Check that hose and snapon connection are airtight because a leak will give an incorrect reading on the gauge. For inflator gauges only: periodically check compressor air filter and drain the condensate off every 34 days. On request Wonder S.p.a. can provide inflator and pressure tyre gauges with special hoses and snapon connections.
