This is a partial translation of the call for application issued in Italian. Please refer to the Italian version for any doubt. The Italian text is the only official one) Art. 1 - Exchange A student exchange programme is established between Padua University and Wroclaw University for 6 students per year from either side, leading to the award of a double degree. Art. 2 Admission requirements Eligibility requirements: 1. First level Degree Diploma 2. Regular enrollment in the Master s degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance 3. At least 63 ECTS credits at the beginning of the second year, according to the scheme in Annex II 4. Proficiency in English The admission of students whose academic record partially does not meet the above mentioned requirements will be subject to an additional assessment by the Academic Board at the host institution, who will make the final decision and will propose a suitable study plan.

2 Art. 3 Application procedure Applicants shall submit the documents listed below no later than 17 th January 2018 (h. 1pm), using the application form in Annex I (the form is only in Italian; an English translation is however provided). Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. Art. 4 Selection criteria Student selection will be based on the following criteria: - Weighted average of marks - Final grade of the Bachelor s degree - Motivation letter - Curriculum vitae

3 - Knowledge of English language - Knowledge of a second language (optional) - Knowledge of Polish language (optional) The selection will be done by a Commission appointed by the HRG Council. Students shall be present at the meeting scheduled on 31 st January 2018 at pm in the Office of Prof Paolo De Stefani (via del Santo 77, 1st floor) with their ID card. Candidates who will not take part in the selection will be automatically excluded from the final ranking. Art. 5 Selection procedure and ranking Students applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: a) From 0 to 15 points: weighted average marks; b) From 0 to 30 points: Final grade (or GPA) of the Bachelor s degree c) From 0 to 5 points: other academic degrees/diplomas d) From 0 to 30 points: motivation letter, curriculum and interview; e) From 0 to 5 points: knowledge of English language f) From 0 to 10 points: knowledge of a second language g) From 0 to 5 points: Knowledge of Polish language To be admitted to the double degree programme candidates have to obtain at least 50 points out of 100. The ranking list will be published and made available at the Erasmus Office of the Department of Political Science, law and International Studies, via del Santo 28 1st floor, room: , as well as on the web page on 6 th February Selected students will be informed about when and how to confirm acceptance. In case they do not confirm, next students in the ranking list will succeed. Art. 6 Fellowship/ Funding Students will receive a scholarship from specific University funds according to the effective number of days spent at the host university (max 12 months 360 days). Before leaving, students will sign a financial contract which will define the amount and the disbursement methods. At the end of the mobility, students will be asked to write a brief report on the carried out activities.

4 The scholarship is strictly connected to the participation to the programme and the attainment of the two degrees. If the mobility is interrupted in advance without good reasons, students will have to return the scholarship. In particular: - In case of withdrawal within 3 months, students will be asked to return the entire sum - After 3 months, they will receive only the money corresponding to the exact number of days spent abroad. Selected students are exempted from paying fees at the host university, but they should be regularly enrolled at the University of Padova and therefore continue to pay its fees. Art. 7 Study Plan The study plan is defined in the Annex II. Students are supposed to obtain 63 ECTS credits in Padua and 63 ECTS credits in Wroclaw as defined in the Annex II. All the courses will be in English.
