TENDITORI ORIENTABILI TIPO ORIENT Il tenditore orientabile ORIENT lavora come un dispositivo fisso, quindi al suo interno non si trovano ne molle elicoidali ne elastomeri. La sua peculiarità sta nel fatto che può essere orientato a piacere, sia prima del montaggio che successivamente, qualora l allungamento della cinghia o della catena richieda una correzione della tensionatura. Ciò è reso possibile grazie a una dentatura realizzata sia sulla base e sulla leva, che permette di assemblare le due parti ad ogni rotazione di 15 per tutti i 360 disponibili, questo significa 24 posizioni tra base e leva, in più l asola antirotazione della base permette di essere precisi. Queste due parti sono realizzate in lega di alluminio ad altissima resistenza: La base ha 6 fori filettati per il fissaggio orientabile della leva, 1 per il fissaggio di se stessa, un asola antirotazione per il posizionamento sul telaio (o piano) dove è alloggiato l elemento cinghia\catena da tendere. Il fissaggio avviene tramite un foro centrale al meccanismo e all asola antirotazione; per avere una maggiore precisione della tensionatura è stato ricavato un esagono per chiave commerciale, basta semplicemente sbloccare l asola antirotazione e ruotare tutto l elemento. La leva reca 8 fori per fissaggio variabile alla base e un foro per il montaggio della puleggia\rocchetto\testa in polietilene, ogni 15 due fori della base vengono a coincidere con i fori sulla leva, tramite due viti commerciali avviene cosi il completo montaggio del tenditore. Questa caratteristica rende tale prodotto versatile adattabile ad una casistica ampia di applicazioni e permette molteplici soluzioni in fatto di ingombro e posizionamento. L assenza di materiali sintetici, permette a ORIENT di lavorare a temperature di oltre 100 C ( ORIENT-P con testa in polietilene fino a 65 C). E un ottima alternativa a chi non necessita di un tenditore automatico, ma allo stesso tempo ha problemi di ingombro posizionamento sulla macchina e snervamento cinghia\catena. La gamma prevede: ORIENT con foro diametro 6,5 ( foratura o filettatura su richiesta) ORIENT-R con rocchetto dentato ORIENT-P con testa in polietilene 1000 coefficiente attrito dinamico 0,06 acciaio a secco) ORIENT-PUG con puleggia a gola e protezioni ORIENT-PU con puleggia ( in catalogo abbiamo svariate misure e materiali a scelta) ROTARY TENSIONERS TYPE ORIENT The rotary tensioner type Orient works as a fixed device and inside there are neither halical springs nor elastomers. Its main characteristic is the fact that it is possible to orient it before or after you assemble it in case the belt or the chain need tension correction. All that is possible thanks to a toothing located on the base and on the lever which allows you to assemble them at every rotation of 15 degrees for all 360 degrees. This means that you can have 24 positions between the base and the lever and the anti-rotation buttonhole allows you to be precise. These two parts are made of a high- strength aluminium alloy : The base has 6 threaded holes for the rotary fastening of the lever, one for the fastening of itself, one anti-rotation buttonhole to assemble it on the frame ( or plane) where there is the belt or the chain that has to be tightened. Everything is fixed through a central hole made to the frame and to the anti-rotation buttonhole. We realized an hexagon for standard wrench so it is enough to release the anti-rotation buttonhole and rotate the entire element. The lever has 8 holes to have a varying fastening to the body and a hole to assemble the pulley or the idler sprocket or the polyethylene head. At every 15 degrees two holes of the base correspond to the ones located on the lever so using two standard screws you can assemble the tensioner. This aspect makes it a versatile product that can be used in many situations and it allows you also to have different solutions as far as the overall dimensions and positions. The lack of synthetic material makes the type ORIENT able to work at a temperature up to more than 100 C degrees( type ORIENT-P with a polyethylene head can reach a temperature up to 65 C degrees). If you do not need an automatic tensioner It represents a good solution to overall dimensions, position on the machinery and weakening of the belt/chain.
