Profili dei relatori Maria Letizia Melina è Direttore Generale per gli Studi, la Statistica e il Sistema Informativo del MIUR. Coordina i processi di governo e di gestione strategica delle tecnologie dell'informazione. Supporta lo sviluppo e l'evoluzione delle architetture del sistema informativo nel suo complesso. Si occupa del raccordo con analisi statistiche in ambito nazionale ed internazionale. Svolge attività di raccordo e di interazione con gli altri Dipartimenti, con le direzioni generali, gli enti vigilati ed i consorzi interuniversitari per le aree e delle attività di competenza del sistema informativo. Ha esperienze decennale nel settore delle ICT applicate all innovazione tecnologica nella didattica. Maria Letizia Melina is Director General for Studies, Statistics and Information Systems for the Italian Ministry of Education. She coordinates the governance and strategic management procedures of information technologies. She supports the development and evolution of the information systems architecture and coordinates statistical studies at national and international level. She also manages the coordination and collaboration with other departments, directorates general, controlled entities and inter-university consortia regarding the activities related to the information system. She has a 10 year experience in the sector of application of ICT to education. Giovanni Biondi inizia la sua carriera come insegnante e dirigente scolastico negli anni 70. E stato membro del primo Consiglio Direttivo della Biblioteca di Documentazione Pedagogica di Firenze assumendo poi la carica di Segretario Generale e di Direttore Generale. Dal 2013 è Presidente dell INDIRE (Istituto Nazionale di Documentazione, Innovazione e Ricerca Educativa), dopo esserne stato Direttore Generale dal 2001 al 2007 e Commissario Straordinario nel 2012. Dal 2006 è Presidente dello Steering Committee di European Schoolnet, un consorzio per lo sviluppo delle nuove tecnologie nell educazione a cui partecipano i Ministeri dell Istruzione di 32 Paesi Giovanni Biondi started his carreer as a teacher and school principal in the 70s. After that he was a member of the Board of the Pedagogical documentation library of Florence. He then became Secretary General og the library and from 1992 Director General. Since 2013 he s president of INDIRE (National Institute of Education Documentation, Innovation and Research), after having worked from 2003 to 2007 as its Director General and as Extraordinary Commisioner in 2012. From 2006 to present he s been president of the Steering Committee of European Schoolnet (consortium that currently brings together 32 Ministries of Education to develop new technologies in education).
Marcella Logli è Responsabile Corporate Identity & Public Relations per Telecom Italia dal 2012. Ad inizio carriera ha lavorato per Apple come consulente per il Cupertino Multimedia Team, ricoprendo successivamente i ruoli di Marketing Manager New Media e Marketing Manager Consumer. Dal 1995 al 1996 ha lavorato come Direttore Marketing e Vendite presso la startup Italia Online di Olivetti Multimedia. Dal 1996 lavora per Telecom Italia occupandosi di Marketing, Services Management, Business Communication e Public Sector Communication. Ricopre inoltre, il ruolo di Segretario Generale della Fondazione Telecom Italia. Marcella Logli has been Director of Telecom Italia Corporate Identity & Public Relations since 2012. Dal 2001 lavora in Telecom Italia, dove ha ricoperto prima il ruolo di responsabile del Centro di Competenza Skills and Knowledge Management della Software Factory e poi di referente per i Progetti Speciali di TILab - Software Services and Solutions. Ora si occupa principalmente di progetti per la didattica digitale, in particolare per soluzioni innovative per l apprendimento collaborativo per competenze. Giovanna Chiozzi started working in 1992 with QUELLE and continued until 1995 in Gruppo Marzotto, where she worked with the Vice President for the Internationalization Project. In 1995/2001, Giovanna Chiozzi worked in Sodalia, with the responsibility of the Documentation Area. Since 2001 she has been working for Telecom Italia, first responsible for the Skills and Knowledge Management Competence Center of the Software Factory and then for Special Projects in TILab - Software Services and Solutions. She is now particularly involved in online education projects, especially for innovative matters related to digital learning.
Antonio Bosio, ingegnere informatico, dall inizio della sua carriera si è occupato di nuove tecnologie e di prodotti e processi innovativi in diverse compagnie multinazionali. Per OKI System Italia ha seguito il lancio di ETACS, delle tecnologie GSM e di una rete di centri di servizio. Nel 1999 ha iniziato a lavorare per Sony Italia come responsabile dell'area Sviluppo Prodotti e Customer Care. Dal 2002 lavora per Samsung Italia dove, nel ruolo di Direttore di Prodotti e Soluzioni, coordina lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e servizi per aziende e consumatori. Ha curato diverse pubblicazioni volte a elaborare e promuovere la vision di Samsung sull evoluzione delle tecnologie e dei servizi ICT. Antonio Bosio is a TLC Engineer who has always worked in multinational companies in the development of technologies, products and processes. In OKI System Italia he was involved in the launch of the ETACS and GSM technologies and has created the network of the service centers. In 1999, he joined Sony Italia with the double role of Head of Product Development and Head of Customer Care. He was a member of the working group that coordinated the activities of the various European subsidiaries of Sony. Since 2002 he is working for Samsung Italia where, as Product & Solutions Director, he coordinates the development of products and services for both business and consumer market. He wrote several publications aimed at sharing Samsung's view on the technology and services evolution with professionals and consumers. Marco Berardinelli has 12 years experience in the ICT industry and his current role is Education Business Development for Microsoft in Italy. His development work aims to create a solid community who can address effectively the needs of the education market (including all Italian Schools, not for profit companies and professional training companies) in proactive and reactive way. He is responsible for partner recruitment, incentives and business plan management as well as project management supporting technology adoption by customers. This includes identifying and promoting scenarios that can improve teaching in schools or enhance communication and collaboration among companies.
Jill Attewell e l esperta di formazione su piattaforme mobili del progetto di GSMA meducation, che si occupa di accelerare, a livello globale, l adozione di tecnologie mobile per la didattica coinvolgendo operatori di telefonia mobile, educatori, governi e altre organizzazioni. Ha un esperienza decennale nel settore ICT in Europa e in Asia. Prima di collaborare con GSMA ha lavorato per 17 anni nel sistema educativo britannico. Ha diretto MoLeNET, il primo progetto europeo di mobile learning su larga scala, che ha coinvolto 40mila studenti in attivita di formazione professionale. Dal 2005 e direttrice dell Associazione Internazionale per il Mobile Learning. Jill Attewell is the Mobile Education Specialist in the GSMA meducation project team. meducation is a worldwide project that aims to accelerate the adoption of mobile technologies for education in partnership with operators, educators, governments and other organisations. Jill spent 10 years in the ICT industry in the UK and the Far East and 17 years in UK education at National level before joining GSMA in 2011. She led MoLeNET, involving 40,000 students in mobile learning, and the first large EU mobile learning project which explored the use of mobile technologies to help young people improve their skills and employability. Jill is Director of the International Association for Mobile Learning. Michela Palladino è Senior Policy Advisor per GSMA. E responsabile del monitoraggio dell attività legislativa dell Unione Europea nel settore della telefonia mobile e si occupa di sviluppare strategie di lobby nel campo della sicurezza dei bambini in rete, della protezione dei consumatori e della mobile education. E impegnata come esperta di policy nei progetti meducation ed myouth di GSMA. Dopo gli studi di relazioni internazionali ha lavorato come assistant thinker per Think Young, un think tank che collabora con le istituzioni europee nel settore delle politiche giovanili. Michela Palladino is a Senior Policy Advisor for the GSMA since 2011. Michela is responsible of monitoring the developments in EU policy and legislation and of developing and implementing advocacy strategies especially in the fields of child protection, consumer protection and mobile education. She is also responsible for providing policy support to the GSMA s meducation and myouth projects. Before joining the GSMA, Michela worked for Think Young, a think tank focused on raising awareness among EU policy makers regarding young people potential and contribution to Europe.
