Giovane azienda artigianale (a conduzione famigliare), la ditta Biscò nasce dall amore per la cultura dolciaria pugliese. Ricerche storiche sull antica arte pasticcera altamurana ci hanno portato alla riscoperta di ricette e metodi di lavorazione ormai dimenticati. Avvalendoci della preziosa collaborazione di maestri fornai abbiamo fortemente voluto degli esperti di nutrizione creando questa preziosa linea di biscotti tutta Bontà&Salute. L incomparabile sapore di queste specialità è garantito dall utilizzo di materie prime selezionatissime e dalla produzione artigianale. I nostri Biscotti sono prodotti solo ed esclusivamente con ingredienti di altissima qualità. Uova fresche, latte, miele, zucchero, farina sono i principali ingredienti che vengono utilizzati per l intera produzione dei nostri biscotti. Biscò, the pastry company run by Luigi Picerno, is placed in Altamura, the historical Apulian city well known all over the world for its bread, the first baking product in Europe to be granted a DOP certificate. The family-run company which produces homemade products has been recently founded to keep alive the family s true love for the Apulian confectionery tradition. Some historical researches on the old art of pastry making led us to rediscover forgotten recipes and cake-processing methods. By asking the precious collaboration of bakery masters as well as the advice of nutritionists we have created a great biscuits line, whose name Bontà&Salute has been chosen to remind quality and health. The incomparable taste of our specialties is guaranteed by the use of selected first quality raw products and by homemade manufacture. Our biscuits are made only with high quality ingredients. New laid eggs, milk, honey, sugar, flour are the main ingredients used for all our products.
