After the installation of the ultrasonic flow meter, proceed as follows: a) Carry out wiring of the 4 acoustic transducers located on the flow meter by respecting the correct coupling (e.g. the wire with label 1A must be connected to the transducer 1A, as shown in the following picture).
b) Aprire l elettronica del misuratore di portata svitando le due viti poste a lato. b) Open the electronic transmitter unscrewing the two screws on the sides. c) Ancorare l elettronica del misuratore di portata ad opportuno supporto. Il posizionamento dovrà essere tale da proteggere il dispositivo da urti, gocciolamenti e condizioni ambientali critiche. Scollegare il connettore di messa a terra (A) e rimuovere con cautela la scheda elettronica. A c) Fix the electronic transmitter to a suitable support. The positioning must be such as to protect the device from shocks, dripping of water and critical environmental conditions. Unplug the earthing connector (A) and carefully remove the electronic board. d) Far passare i 4 cavi dai trasduttori acustici per gli appositi passacavo forniti, utilizzando i passaggi dal basso. d) The 4 cables from the acoustic transduces should pass through the provided cable glands, using the passage from below.
e) Collegare i cavi dai 4 trasduttori acustici posti sul contatore volumetrico ai relativi morsetti (posti sulla parte inferiore della scheda) rispettando i corretti abbinamenti (es. il cavo con indicazione 1A deve essere collegato al morsetto 1A ). Utilizzare gli appositi fermacavo posti sulla struttura metallica. e) Connect the 4 cables from the acoustic transduces to the respective screw terminals (located on the rear part of the PCB) respecting the correct coupling (e.g. the wire with label 1A must be connected to the screw terminal 1A ). Use the dedicated cable holder on the metal bracket. f) Riposizionare la scheda elettronica nella scatola e ricollegare il connettore di messa a terra. f) Put the PCB back into the box and plug the earthing connector. g) Stringere i passacavi sul fondo della scatola. g) Tighten the cable glands on the bottom of the box.
h) Montare passacavi nella posizione mostrata in figura h) Mount the cable glands in the position shown in the picture i) Collegamento alimentazione 230 V (ac) a morsettiera B. Utilizzare l apposito fermacavo posto sulla struttura metallica. B i) Connect the 230 V (ac) power supply to the screw terminal B. Use the dedicated cable holder on the metal bracket. j) Collegamento cavo uscita impulsiva ai morsetti numero 56 e 57 della morsettiera C. Utilizzare un cavo 2 x 1 mm 2 (non schermato). Utilizzare l apposito fermacavo posto sulla struttura metallica. C j) Connect the pulse output wires to connections No. 56 and 57 of screw terminal C. Use the dedicated cable holder on the metal bracket.
k) Richiudere l elettronica del misuratore di portata mediante le due viti poste a lato. k) Close the electronic transmitter using the previously removed screws on the sides. l) Collegamento del cavo uscita impulsiva ai morsetti 9 e 10 della scheda elettronica CONTECA. l) Connect the pulse output wire to the screw terminals No. 9 and 10 on the CONTECA PCB. m) Procedere con piombatura trasduttori acustici, elettronica contatore volumetrico ed elettronica CONTECA. m) Proceed with sealing of the acoustic transducers and boxes of the electronic transmitter and CONTECA heat meter.
