11 CHILL-IT containers guarantee the best performances in keeping cool and hygienically safe the food without using ice or electricity. CHILL-IT pans contain no toxic gel inside. They must be cooled for 8 hours at -18 C in order to guarantee the best performance in refrigerating. CHILL-IT system: double wall in ABS, certification NSF. Stackable. CHILL-IT used as container for ice creams and sherbets keeps an ideal temperature of -4 C for 5 hours (see diagram). If CHILL-IT system is used as a container for salads in order not to spoil their freshness, it s advisable that its temperature doesn t go below 0 C. Therefore we suggest to put the container under running water for approx. 30 seconds. Spares and accessories / Ricambi e accessori I contenitori CHILL-IT sono stati studiati per garantire le migliori performance nel mantenere il cibo refrigerato e igienicamente sicuro senza utilizzare elettricità o ghiaccio. Le vasche CHILL-IT hanno al loro interno un gel non tossico che, una volta raffreddato a -18 C per circa 8 ore, è in grado di mantenere il cibo refrigerato per lungo tempo. CHILL-IT è realizzato con una doppia parete in ABS e certificato NSF. E facilmente impilabile se si utilizzano gli appositi coperchi per lo stoccaggio dopo l impiego al buffet. CHILL-IT come contenitore per gelato o sorbetti, riesce a mantenere una temperatura di -4 C per circa 5 ore, ottimale per la conservazione (come illustrato nel grafico). The faucet positioned under the bottom allows a smooth and complete flow of all the juice from the dispenser.
