7 MOTORI BRUSHLESS CC serie BL BRUSHLESS DC MOTORS BL series I motori brushless cc della serie BL vengono realizzati in 3 taglie con coppie da 0,05 Nm a 0,43 Nm, e possono essere forniti con driver integrato (versione IE) o con driver esterno. I vantaggi di utilizzare i motori brushless anziché i tradizionali motori corrente cc a spazzole, sono i seguenti: Lunga durata nel tempo Elevata efficienza Commutazione elettronica e controllo del motore tramite sensori digitali (encoder, resolver ecc..) Ampio campo di regolazione della velocità Mancanza di manutenzione I motori della serie BL sono estremamente compatti e grazie al basso momento di inerzia offrono una elevata prestazione dinamica, ed inoltre sono economici in quanto dotati di sensori di Hall (anziché encoder o resolver). Le 3 fasi dell avvolgimento del motore sono a bassa tensione 24 V e quindi offrono maggiori garanzie in termini di sicurezza dell impianto, soprattutto nelle applicazioni dove l operatore può essere a contatto con il motore stesso. Inoltre l utilizzo dell elettronica integrata per il controllo della velocità permette di semplificare in modo sostanziale il cablaggio dell impianto, riducendo anche gli spazi nei quadri di comando. A questi motori vengono accoppiati i riduttori epicicloidali serie PK e serie P, offrendo un ampia gamma di rapporti di riduzione e soluzioni tecniche grazie all esclusivo sistema modulare. In particolare, l utilizzo del motore brushless serie BL con il riduttore LN (low noise), è idoneo per applicazioni nel settore elettromedicale o della strumentazione di controllo dove l abbattimento della rumorosità è indispensabile. The brushless dc motors BL series are manufactured on 3 sizes with torque from 0,05 Nm to 0,43 Nm, and can be controlled by integrated driver or by external driver. The benefit using a BLDC motor than a DC motor is as follows: Very long life High efficiency Electronic commutation and motor control by digital sensors (encoder, resolver and so on..) Wide speed range Maintenance free The BL motors series have a compact design and thanks to low moment of inertia they give high dynamic performance, and also are low cost solution because use Hall sensors feedback (instead encoder or resolver). The 3 phase windings of the motor are low voltage 24V and so offer great safe on the equipment, mainly where the operator should have direct contact with it. Besides if you use the integrated speed controller solution, you can simplify the cabling of equipment, reducing and safe space inside electric cabinet too. These motors are combined with planetary PK series and P series, offering a wide choice of ratios and technical solution thanks our exclusive modular system. Great effect you can have using our BL brushless motor combined with LN(low noise) planetary, particularly useful in the medial applications or instruments control where the low noise benefit is topic. 7
