La Napoleoni è un azienda affermata nella produzione di calzature destinate a una donna attenta alle tendenze moda ma che non vuole rinunciare alla comodità. Siamo nella metà degli anni settanta. Il creativo e intraprendente Fontilio apre un piccolo laboratorio insieme alla giovane moglie Claudia e al fratello Alderano, fresco di studi. L avventura imprenditoriale affonda le radici in un territorio vivace. Gli anni del boom economico fanno il resto e consentono alla piccola realtà della famiglia di consolidarsi e iniziare a crescere. Ben presto il laboratorio si trasforma in una realtà dinamica e strutturata, laddove le tecniche artigianali, quali la lavorazione a sacchetto, si incontrano e si fondono con processi produttivi sempre più moderni e innovativi. La crescita dell azienda conduce in fretta all inaugurazione di un nuovo stabilimento, nel 1984, che può ospitare una nuova linea di produzione e uno show room. Negli anni novanta si vive una ulteriore fase di sviluppo grazie all internazionalizzazione: si partecipa a molteplici fiere, acquisendo clienti in tutto il mondo. L azienda si presenta sul mercato come produttore di calzature dal gusto e dal carattere italiano e si vuol preservare orgogliosamente questa identità. Questa è anche la principale ragione per la quale si sceglie di mantenere tutte le fasi di lavorazione in Italia, in controtendenza rispetto al trend di delocalizzazione del periodo. Questa avventura imprenditoriale italiana dura sino ai nostri giorni. Il calzaturificio ha sperimentato una crescita graduale e costante ma allo stesso tempo la filosofia che guida ogni decisione è sempre quella degli inizi: Cerchiamo di far bene le cose belle. Facciamo Made in Italy perché questo è ciò che siamo. Tradizione artigianale e innovazione di prodotto e di processo sono le caratteristiche che hanno consentito al calzaturificio Napoleoni di attraversare con successo i decenni. Napoleoni is an established company in the production of footwear for a woman attentive to fashion trends but who does not want to give up comfort. We re in the 1970s. The creative and enterprising Fontilio opens a small workshop with his young wife Claudia and his brother Alderano, right after his studies. The entrepreneurial adventure is rooted in a lively territory. The years of the economic boom did the rest and allowed the small reality to consolidate and to start growing. Soon the laboratory was transformed into a dynamic and structured reality, where artisanal techniques, such as bag processing, meet and blend with more and more modern and innovative production processes. The company s growth leaded quickly to the opening of a new factory in 1984, which can host a new production line and a showroom. In the 1990s the firm had a further phase of development thanks to the internationalization: it participated in many fairs, acquiring customers all over the world. The company presented itself on the market as a producer of shoes with a taste and an Italian character and it wanted to preserve this identity proudly. This is also the main reason why the firm chose to keep all the processing steps in Italy, against the tendency to relocate of the period. This Italian entrepreneurial adventure lasts to the present day. It recently obtained the Traceability & Fashion Certificate, a voluntary certification that proves that the whole production chain is in Italy. The Calzaturificio has experienced a gradual and steady growth but at the same time the philosophy that drives every decision is the same of the beginnings: Let s try to do well nice things. We do Made in Italy because that s what we are. Artisan tradition and innovation of product and process are the characteristics that allowed the Calzaturificio Napoleoni to successfully cross the decades.
