FIERA INTERNAZIONALE DELL'AGRICOLTURA E DELLA ZOOTECNIA Dal 30 aprile al 4 maggio 2014 si svolgerà a Foggia la 65-esima Fiera internazionale dell'agricoltura e della zootecnia. La fiera è dedicata a: macchine e attrezzature agricole; macchine e attrezzature per l orticoltura; macchine olearie enologiche e casearie; irrigazione; serre; manufatti di plastica per l agricoltura; lavorazione e conservazione dei prodotti agricoli; attrezzature zootecniche; mangimi e prodotti per la zootecnia; allevatori di ogni tipo di bestiame; vini, oli, prodotti caseari ed alimentari in genere. L ICE Agenzia di Sarajevo promuoverà la Fiera internazionale dell'agricoltura e della zootecnia 2014 presso gli operatori della Bosnia Erzegovina del settore. Progetti, investimenti e finanziamenti: OPA PER LE AZIONI DELL IMPRESA SARAJEVOTEKSTIL L impresa Saben d.o.o. di Sarajevo (principale distributore del gruppo United Colors of Benetton in Bosnia Erzegovina, http://www.saben.ba) ha lanciato un OPA (Offerta pubblica di acquisto) per le azioni dell impresa Sarajevotekstil (impresa del settore tessile). Il capitale azionario dell impresa emittente (Sarajevotekstil) è costituito da 410.711 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di 5,36 euro. L OPA riguarda 188.927 azioni liberamente trasferibili dell emittente, che non sono di proprietà dell offerente (Saben d.o.o.); il prezzo offerto per un azione è 3,57 euro. NUOVO CENTRO COMMERCIALE NEL CENTRO DI SARAJEVO: A BREVE L APERTURA DEL SARAJEVO CITY CENTER Nei prossimi mesi sarà inaugurata l apertura del più grande centro commerciale della città di Sarajevo, il Sarajevo City Center che aprira al pubblico con 100 nuovi negozi e 1.000 posti di lavoro. I negozi sono disposti sui 6 piani del centro commerciale e offriranno ai consumatori della Bosnia Erzegovina marchi quali: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Women Secret, U.S. Polo, Calliope, Levi s, Tom Tailor, Carpisa, Parfois, Nike, Yamamay, Six, Terranova, Swarovski, Formentini, Original Marines, e molti altri. Il SCC ospiterà al suo interno anche il centro di intrattenimento PlayLand e la sala bowling. OSPEDALE DI BANJA LUKA: BANDO DI GARA PER L ULTIMAZIONE DELL ALA SUD E stato pubblicato il bando internazionale per la realizzazione dei lavori finali di costruzione e allestimento dell ala sud del Centro Clinico di Banja Luka. Il valore complessivo dei lavori è stimato intorno ai 5 milioni di euro. Il progetto di costruzione dell ala sud del Centro Clinico rappresenta uno degli investimenti più significativi nel settore sanitario, e prevede, oltre alla costruzione dell edificio, l acquisto di apparecchiature mediche moderne e l educazione degli operatori. TRE NUOVI AMBULATORI A BANJA LUKA: BANDO PER LA COSTRUZIONE AD APRILE Durante il 2014 a Banja Luka inizierà la costruzione di tre nuovi ambulatori: il primo bando di gara per la selezione dei costruttori degli ambulatori sarà pubblicato già ad aprile ed interesserà le circoscrizioni di Bocac, Borkovici e Donja Kola. Il comune di Banja Luka deve fornire l area su cui sorgeranno i nuovi ambulatori, la documentazione tecnica e parte dei mezzi finanziari. La città di Banja Luka ed il Ministero della salute della Republika Srpska hanno investito, negli ultimi anni, 5 milioni di euro nella costruzione di nuovi ambulatori. Statistiche: Nel 2013 il PIL reale della Bosnia-Erzegovina è cresciuto dello 0,2% e si prevede che durante il 2014 crescerà dell 1,5%. Durante il 2013 si è registrato un lieve miglioramento: secondo i dati della BHAS (Istat locale), l'interscambio della Bosnia-Erzegovina con il resto del mondo è stato nel periodo gennaio-dicembre 2013 di 11.990 milioni di euro, con un aumento dell 1,41% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2012; le esportazioni sono state pari a 4.395 milioni di euro (+5,0%) e le importazioni a 7.595 milioni di euro (-0,6%). Nel 2013 la Germania è stata il primo acquirente del Paese con 690,4 milioni di euro ed ha inciso per il 16% sull'export della Bosnia-Erzegovina. Seguono la Croazia con 625,7 milioni di euro (14,0%) e l'italia con 514,5 milioni di euro (12%). La Croazia continua ad essere il primo fornitore della Bosnia- Erzegovina, con importazioni pari a 1.373,9 milioni di euro (18% del totale). Seguono Serbia con 920,2 milioni di euro (12%), Germania con 726,1 milioni di euro (10%), Svizzera con 690,2 milioni di euro (9%) e Slovenia con 681,5 (9%). L'Italia è il sesto fornitore della Bosnia-Erzegovina con una quota del 9,0% (648,5 milioni). Trasporti: BANDO PER IL PROGETTO REGIONALE DELLE FERROVIE Nell ambito del Progetto Regionale delle Ferrovie in Bosnia Erzegovina, è stato pubblicato il bando per la realizzazione dei lavori per l ammodernamento del sistema di segnaletica e di telecomunicazione sui tratti ferroviari Banja Luka-Doboj e Sevarlje-Doboj-Samac. Il progetto sarà finanziato con i fondi del credito della BERS e dell EIB. STRADA A SCORRIMENTO VELOCE DI SARAJEVO: BANDO DI GARA L impresa pubblica Autostrade della Federazione della Bosnia Erzegovina ha pubblicato il bando di gara per la selezione dell impresa che realizzerà i lavori di costruzione della strada a scorrimento veloce della città di Sarajevo lotto 3B che collegherà lo svincolo di Vlakovo e l incrocio Mostarsko raskrsce. Il bando scade il 24 marzo 2014 ed il testo è disponibile sul sito dell ICE-Agenzia al link http://www.ice.gov.it/paesi/europa/bosnia/index.htm. NUOVA TANGENZIALE ATTRAVERSO L ERZEGOVINA: A BREVE Nelle aree occidentali dell Erzegovina (regione meridionale della Bosnia Erzegovina), le strade statali si sono trasformate in strade locali a causa della costruzione non controllata di nuovi edifici che impediscono l ampliamento delle corsie. Perciò, il Cantone dell Erzegovina occidentale ha deciso di costruire una nuova tangenziale per risolvere il problema del traffico. Dagli studi sulla viabilità e sulla fattibilità del progetto, si sono stabilite due direzioni principali su cui sviluppare la nuova tangenziale: la prima collegherebbe la strada Adriatico-Ionica a Zvirovici e si svilupperebbe dalla città di Posusje a Kupres; la seconda collegherebbe Mostar, passando per Siroki Brijeg e Grude, al confine con la Croazia. La nuova infrastruttura stradale faciliterebbe lo sviluppo dell economia locale. TRASPORTO FLUVIALE SUL FIUME SAVA: AMMODERNAMENTO CON CREDITO DELLA BANCA MONDIALE Il Governo della Bosnia-Erzegovina ha adottato l Informazione del Ministero federale del trasporto riguardante la realizzazione del progetto Rinnovo ed ammodernamento della via fluviale del fiume Sava. Il progetto dovrebbe essere finanziato con un credito della Banca Mondiale di 21 milioni di euro ed interessa l intero corso del fiume e dunque il territorio di entrambe le entità della Bosnia Erzegovina (Federazione della BiH e Republika Srpska) e del Distretto di Brcko. Il Ministero del trasporto della BiH dovrebbe intraprendere le consultazioni con le istituzioni coinvolte al fine di definire le caratteristiche del progetto. Energia: RICOSTRUZIONE DEL FILTRO ELETTROSTATICO DELLA CENTRALE TERMOELETTRICA DI KAKANJ: BANDO DI GARA L impresa pubblica Elektroprivreda della Bosnia Erzegovina ha pubblicato il bando di gara per la ricostruzione del filtro elettrostatico del blocco 7 (230 MW) della centrale termoelettrica di Kakanj. L investimento ha un valore di 6,5 milioni di euro. Secondo la documentazione tecnica del bando, uno dei requisiti che devono avere le imprese che vi partecipano è l esperienza nella realizzazione di filtri elettrostatici per l applicazione nelle centrali termoelettriche. Ambiente: BANDO PER LA COSTRUZIONE DEL COLLETTORE FOGNARIO DI MOSTAR La città di Mostar ha emesso un bando per la costruzione del principale collettore fognario. Il valore dei lavori è di 2,5 milioni di euro e si tratta di un bando emesso nell ambito del più ampio progetto di costruzione dei collettori fognari della città. La costruzione dei collettori a Mostar è iniziata 3 anni fa grazie ad un credito della Banca Mondiale. Il progetto prevede la costruzione di un collettore sia sulla sponda destra che sinistra del fiume Neretva, il che rappresenta il più importante progetto riguardante le acque reflue nella città. Agricoltura: INVESTIMENTO ITALIANO DI 1,5 MILIONI DI EURO: TERRENO AGRICOLO A BOSANSKO GRAHOVO Il ministro dell agricoltura, delle acque e delle foreste del Cantone del Herceg- Bosna ha firmato con l impresa di origine italiana Gabiccini d.o.o. di Livno, un contratto di affitto di un terreno agricolo nel comune di Bosansko Grahovo. Il contratto ha una durata di 10 anni e riguarda l affitto di 344 ettari di terreno agricolo per un corrispettivo di 24.000 euro all anno (l 80% del quale spetterà al comune e il 20% al Cantone). L impresa italiana Gabiccini vanta una lunga tradizione sul mercato europeo nella produzione di galline ed uova e ha deciso di affittare il terreno nel Cantone bosniaco, area incontaminata e con un clima favorevole, al fine di produrre cereali biologici puri come mangime per le galline ed ottenere uova di alta qualità. L investimento italiano complessivo sarà di 1,5 milioni di euro ed è prevista anche la costruzione di una fattoria e di una fabbrica per la produzione di mangimi. Questo progetto comporterà anche l aumento dell occupazione locale. Ricerca e Sviluppo: HORIZON 20-20: PROGETTI DI RICERCA E INNOVAZIONE IN BOSNIA ERZEGOVINA Horizon 20-20 è il nuovo programma dell Unione Europea per la ricerca e l innovazione che si realizzerà dal 2014 al 2020, grazie ad un fondo di 80 miliardi di euro. Il programma ha come obiettivo la creazione di un area comune europea per la ricerca. La Bosnia Erzegovina, dato il suo stato di membro associato, per partecipare al programma ha l obbligo di versare una quota di associazione, il cui importo è in fase di definizione. Una delle priorità del nuovo programma è lo sviluppo industriale: un importante gruppo di attività, infatti, è dedicato all innovazione delle piccole e medie imprese. Le imprese della Bosnia Erzegovina interessate a sviluppare progetti in quest ambito si possono rivolgere all Agenzia per lo sviluppo economico della città di Prijedor (PREDA-PD http://www.preda.rs.ba). L agenzia PREDA-PD è coinvolta anche nel progetto dell Unione Europea Adria futuring dedicato all innovazione delle piccole e medie imprese nell ambito della produzione alimentare e del turismo, sulla base della collaborazione transfrontaliera tra la Bosnia Erzegovina, la Slovenia, il Montenegro, l Italia e l Albania. LA REPUBLIKA SRPSKA INVESTE NELL INNOVAZIONE Il Ministero delle scienze e della tecnologia della Republika Srpska ha emesso un bando per l erogazione di un finanziamento come supporto all innovazione per il primo ed il secondo quadrimestre del 2014. Un importo di 23 mila euro sarà destinato all Associazione degli innovatori e a gruppi privati di innovatori. Alla fine di marzo il Ministero firmerà un contratto con i vincitori del bando con il quale saranno definiti gli obiettivi da raggiungere attraverso l implementazione dei progetti di ricerca. Turismo Costruzioni: BANDO PER LA PIANIFICAZIONE DEL CENTRO TURISTICO DELLA MONTAGNA KLEKOVACA L impresa GB Immo d.o.o. di Banja Luka, che ha ottenuto la concessione per l utilizzo del terreno sulla montagna Klekovaca al fine di costruire il Centro turistico Klekovaca, ha pubblicato il bando internazionale per la realizzazione del disegno urbanistico ed architettonico dell area turistica. Il complesso turistico si estende su 2.500 ettari e prevede la costruzione di una struttura ricettiva con 15.000 posti letto, di un villaggio etnico, delle piste sciistiche e dei parchi per lo snowboard. COMPLESSO TURISTICO SUL LAGO DI BILECA IN PROGETTO Il lago di Bileca è situato nel sud-est della Bosnia Erzegovina e rappresenta il più grande lago artificiale nei Balcani (estendendosi su una superficie di 33 Km2, con una profondità massima di 104 metri e situato a 400 metri di altezza dal livello del mare). Attualmente è in fase di realizzazione il progetto di costruzione di un complesso turistico-sportivo nei pressi del lago: il Bileca Grad Jezero, il cui valore ammonta a 10 milioni di euro. Lo studio sull impatto ambientale è stato già ultimato, e sono in corso le trattative per la concessione dei terreni con un investitore interessato. Il complesso si estenderà su sei siti: Marina Bileca (dove si costruiranno i campi sportivi per la pallavolo e la pallacanestro e, nelle aree costiere, le strutture per gli sport acquatici); Draguljica Kastel (che rappresenta una penisola che si protende all interno del lago, sulla quale verrà costruito un lussuoso albergo Castello Draguljica ); Sportsko selo Orah (dove saranno costruite strutture per incontri di lavoro e conferenze), Ribarsko selo Vidikovac (ambiente dedicato agli amanti della pesca), Etno selo Miruse (che prevede la costruzione di casette tradizionali in pietra) ed il campeggio Panik (sulle sponde del lago). 4
