EN Dal Pian Design stems is a project born in the inter-national competition Glass House Collection 13, developed on a digital platform, saw the participation of designers from every country in the world. The project, wanted to Vetrerie Dal Pian, has been realized in collaboration with Re-Craft Design. Immersed in the green hills of Asolo, Vetrerie Dal Pian is an handcraft-company leader in the manufacture of clear-cutflat glass. Our goal is to design furnishings involving one hand the historical handicraft manufacturing company, proud of its consolidated know-how, and in the other hand the better famous designers for take the right inspiration on theirs fervent creativity and insights. No less important have been the emerging talents of the current art scene. The jury appointed, composed of experts in the field, has thoroughly analyzed the projects proposed and unanimously picked the three winners. The main motivation in choosing for choose the winners is related to the use of only recycled and / or recyclable materials. The question of eco-sustainability and the solution for protection of nature, clearly mentioned in the notice-press of the competition, were at the heart of the challenge. That has attracted more than 450 designer from 89 country. The winning works have been exhibited in a preview at the prestigious Milan Fuorisalone 13 inside to the exclusive showroom Superstudio Più. The public, media, have well welcomed the initiative and delighted their taste with the winning prototypes exhibited.
IT Dal Pian Design nasce dal concorso internazionale Glass House Collection 13, sviluppato sulle piattaforme digitali al quale hanno partecipato designers di ogni Paese del mondo. Il progetto voluto da Vetrerie Dal Pian Srl è stato realizzato in collaborazione con Re-Craft Design. Immersa nell oasi verde delle colline asolane, Vetrerie Dal Pian è l azienda artigiana leader nella lavorazione del vetro piano. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di progettare complementi d arredo coinvolgendo da una parte la storica tradizione manifatturiera artigianale dell azienda, fiera del suo con-solidato know-how e dall altra la fervida creatività di prestigiose firme di designers e le intuizioni di talenti emergenti del panorama artistico attuale. La giuria designata, composta da esperti del settore, ha analizzato attentamente gli elaborati proposti e ha decretato i tre vincitori all unanimità. La motivazione principale nello scegliere i premiati è legata all utilizzo di soli materiali riciclati e/o riciclabili. I principi dell eco-sostenibilità e la difesa della natura, indicati nel bando, erano al centro della sfida che ha attratto le competenze di oltre 450 concorrenti provenienti da 89 Paesi. Le opere premiate sono state realizzate ed esposte in anteprima nella prestigiosa cornice del Fuorisalone 2013 di Milano presso l esclusivo showroom di Superstudio Più. Il pubblico e i media hanno accolto, l iniziativa e i prototipi vincenti esposti, con entusiasmo determinandone il successo.

IT Mountain and Water è un tavolo di rappresentanza di concezione orientale. Rimanda alla memoria il fascino cerimoniale di accogliere l ospite offrendo del thè. Il design si ispira ai riflessi poetici di una catena collinare che ombreggia l acqua di un lago o di un fiume di passaggio commerciale fluviale come fu il grande fiume Giallo in Cina, ai tempi della Compagnie delle Indie. Si propone di ispirare un senso di serenità coinvolgendo il fruitore nel moto sornione dell acqua come fosse protetta da un manto di vetro. Il piano non taglia i listelli di legno, icona delle colline, ma si modella come l acqua lambisce ciò che bagna. Non è un acqua-vetro irruente, rappresenta l incanto pacifico e tranquillo dell equilibrio naturale del Yin e Yang. Materiali: vetro, legno e acciaio. FILAMENT L energia estetica di FILAMENT deriva dalla IT combinazione di un design essenziale, connaturato da un impiego semplice e funzionale, e la dinamica coinvolgente della luce filtrata tramite multistrati in vetro. Nulla è nascosto o celato alla vista. Niente è esaltato. I componenti tecnici sono ponderati e in perfetto equilibrio per attrarre l attenzione sulla perfetta qualità del vetro e sulla performance della lampada. La struttura è realizzata in acciaio Inox AISI 316, è ideale per gli spazi scoperti e le atmosfere salmastre. Il legno è in Teck, pressato per almeno un mese prima della consegna dalla struttura. DUSE è prodotta in serie limitata e numerata con incisione sul telaio che viene riportata nel certificato qualitativo d origine che viene consegnato al cliente in modo riservato in dodici lingue.
