PRIMOBANDO Infoday Milano 3/3 Informazioni aggiuntive comunicate a Torino, infoday Central Europe 1) La modalita' di rimborso del 20% del fondo di rotazione deve essere ancora definita. 2) Non ci sono indicazioni sul controllo di primo livello ma si sa che sara' decentrato 3) Strategia di successo: a) budget molto ben strutturato e credibile (tra fase 1 e fase 2 e' prevista una piccola percentuale di cambiamento) b) capitalizzare i risultati 2007-2013, in particolare quelli dell'output library c) sviluppare una logica d'intervento secondo la teoria del cambiamento (in pratica il Quadro Logico). d) Una buona comunicazione (creare consapevolezza, au mentare la conoscenza, cambiare le attitudini e i compor tamenti), oggetto di un workpackage specifico. e) Partenariato rilevante, competente e interessato agli obiettivi f) Creare una struttura di gestione efficiente.
PRIMOBANDO 1) Alla firma del contratto viene erogato contestualmente una somma forfettaria di 15.000 euro a copertura dei costi di pre parazione del progetto. 2) I casi pilota sono attivita' sperimentali di un particolare servi zio o prodotto e dev'essere quindi un'attuazione concreta. Non basta quindi, per esempio, l'adozione di una variante ur banistica o di regolamento. 3) Tutti i fondi FESR non sono soggetti al Patto di Stabilita' mentre il 20% nazionale lo sono. E' atteso un chiarimento. 4) L'erogazione dei contributi avviene a rimborso. 5) Per il costo del personale la rendicontazione avviene sulla base dei costi reali o in modo forfettario e la decisione spetta ai singoli partner. 6) Lo scambio di buone prassi non puo' essere l'obiettivo del pro getto ma puo' essere un'attivita'.
Priority 2 Low-carbon Alpine Space Specific Objectives: 4e2 Increase options for low carbon mobility and transport Expected result Integrated organisation of spatial interaction and ecosystem services, economic activity and mobility and transport patterns in order to provide the prerequisites for a low carbon economy and society; increased options for low-carbon mobility and transport by adopting technological, financial and organisational solutions taking also in account climate change aspects, resource efficiency and social and territorial resilience.
Main objective To develop opportunities for the development of urban and peri-urban tramways networks and underpin and boost positive social, environmental and economic impacts on the territories.
Specific Objectives Tramway is a unique opportunity: 1) for reconstruction of the territories to imagine a future for innovative Smart Cities in which environmental, economical and social sustaina bility are driven by tramway, inside all the municipalities crossed 2) to re-construct settlements, grow the economy, strengthen social networks 3) to increase green mobility 4) to increase the green and blue infrastructures as a part of the network created by the Tram E 5) to determine and renew proximity relationships in the urban area (environment, services, real estate, production, trade...). It can be said that tramway is a cut that sews. 6) to establish a geography of production, tertiary, executive, commer cial (including common and common) relations 7) to integrate a cluster of tourism (environment, education, culture, sport) 8) to give new polarity / centrality to the structure of the territory: peri-urban development 9) to affirm community resilience
