Partiamo dalle funzioni che svolge il direttore vendite in un azienda dal mercato così ampio. Il mio compito, definendolo in poche parole, è la supervisione della rete vendita. In realtà tante sono le cose da fare e le situazioni da monitorare per le quali, da circa 10 anni, mi divido tra la sede principale di Santa Maria degli Angeli e l ufficio vendite di Cusago a Milano per essere il più presente possibile nel cuore della rete vendita. Ritengo molto importanti soprattutto i compiti di affiancare inizialmente i nuovi venditori per far prendere loro confidenza con il lavoro e per spiegargli i segreti della vendita, cosa che svolgo personalmente, e la cura verso i clienti direzionali di grandi dimensioni che vengono gestiti direttamente da me. Perché i prodotti Sir Safety System sono così richiesti sul mercato? È l insieme di una serie di fattori. In primo luogo proponiamo sul mercato prodotti di alta qualità e con prezzi rispondenti alle esigenze dei nostri clienti. Poi ha rilevanza certamente il fatto che siamo un azienda ed un marchio ormai conosciuto e rinomato. In quest ottica è fondamentale il nostro catalogo, bellissimo, sempre aggiornato e con l intera gamma dei nostri prodotti dove il cliente può scegliere quello rispondente alle sue esigenze. Un altro nostro punto di forza è la possibilità che diamo al cliente di poter testare i prodotti, lasciando campioni in prova. Infine, ma non per ultimo, disponiamo di un ampia rete di venditori che sanno fare benissimo il proprio lavoro. Insomma, la famosa parola crisi di cui tanto si parla, non fa parte della filosofia Sir Safety System. Personalmente credo che sia solo un discorso psicologico. Se si lavora offrendo qualità a prezzi accessibili, le difficoltà si superano. Lo specchio è la situazione della nostra azienda, sempre proiettata al futuro. Quali obiettivi ci poniamo? Sempre tanti. Puntiamo ad aumentare ancora il fatturato e la cerchia di clienti e contiamo di innalzare il numero dei venditori, soprattutto in alcune zone meno coperte. Inoltre è nostra intenzione migliorare ancora i prodotti che abbiamo ed immetterne sul mercato di nuovi, mantenendo inalterata la qualità. Come ad esempio la nuova linea di scarpe Total Plane! Si tratta di una grande novità nel mercato delle calzature da lavoro. Sono scarpe leggere, comode grazie all assenza del tacco ed alla pianta larga, altamente resistenti, con penetrazione zero e bellissime esteticamente. I clienti che le hanno acquistate mi confermano quotidianamente che si tratta di calzature super confortevoli e che i loro dipendenti si dimenticano addirittura di averle ai piedi! La verità è che oggi il cliente vuole una calzatura di qualità che assicuri comfort, gusto e non crei problemi ai propri operatori. Per far questo è pronto ad investire e noi abbiamo il prodotto giusto da offrire. In questa chiacchierata abbiamo sfiorato più volte il discorso. In conclusione, quali sono i segreti della vendita? Si potrebbe parlare per ore perché l argomento è complesso. Sintetizzando credo che un bravo venditore parte da una pianificazione ottimale della giornata lavorativa. Caratteristiche essenziali sono entusiasmo e sicurezza nel presentare l azienda, i prodotti che offre e il catalogo che propone, puntando l attenzione sulle caratteristiche tecniche di ogni singolo articolo, sui benefici per il lavoratore e sulle differenze rispetto ad altri prodotti similari. Un aspetto decisivo, secondo me, è la possibilità di far vedere e far provare i campioni, in modo tale che il cliente tocchi con mano le qualità di quanto gli viene offerto. Il resto sta al rapporto che si crea con il cliente, rapporto che deve basarsi sulla fiducia reciproca. Per questo i nostri agenti sono periodicamente dai loro clienti per offrire assistenza anche dopo la vendita. Another strength of ours is the possibility for the customer to try out our products, giving out samples. Last but not least, we have a wide network of salesmen excellent in their working performances. Then, the famous word crisis that we so often hear, does not touch the Sir Safety System s philosophy. Personally I believe it to be a psychological matter. If one works offering good quality at accessible prices, difficulties can be overcome. The mirror is our company s situation, always projected to the future. Which goals do we set for ourselves? Always a lot. We focus on increasing our revenues and the range of our clients even more, and we expect to increase the number of our salesmen network, especially in areas less covered. Furthermore, it is our intention to improve our consolidated products and to introduce new ones on the market, keeping the quality unchanged. Such is the case of our new series Total Plane! It is a great novelty in the market of safety footwear. They are light, comfortable thanks to the absence of the heel and of the wide fit, highly resistant, with zero penetration and aesthetically beautiful. Those clients who have already purchased them tell me daily that they are super comfortable shoes and that their employees even forget that they have them on! Nowadays the truth is that the customer wants a high quality shoe that ensures comfort, fashion and does not give any problem to the workers. For this reason, one is ready to invest and we have the right product to offer. In this little chat, we often touched on this matter, but in the end, which are the secrets for selling? One could talk for hours about this, because it is a very complex topic. Summarizing, I believe that a good salesman begins with optimal planning of the workday. Essential characteristics are enthusiasm and confidence in presenting the company, the products that it offers and the catalog that introduces them; all this pointing out the technical features of each product, its benefits for the end user and its differences compared to similar products. A key aspect, in my opinion, is the possibility to show samples and let them be tried on, so that the client touches with his own hand the quality of what is being offered. The rest lies in the relationship one develops with the client, which must be based on mutual trust. For this reason our agents visit their clients periodically to offer their assistance even after the purchase. 1

CALZATURE SERIE 220 CARATTERISTICHE TOTAL PLANE MIGLIORA LA POSTURA DEL PIEDE: CON LA PIANTA D APPOGGIO ESTESA ANCHE NELLA PARTE DELL ARCO, IL PIEDE APPOGGIA IN MODO PIÙ UNIFORME. TRICOMPONENTE DI ULTIMA CONCEZIONE LA NUOVA CONCEZIONE DELLA È UNO DEI PUNTI DI FORZA DELLA NUOVA LINEA TOTAL PLANE. BATTISTRADA IN TPU: si tratta di un materiale leggero che produce una fortissima resistenza meccanica e durata, flessibilità e morbidezza nonché resistenza ai prodotti chimici. Il battistrada TPU (Termoplastic Polyurethane) è stato progettato con scanalature orizzontali continue. Le scanalature della suola, soprattutto dopo turni di lavoro molto prolungati, favoriscono la flessione ed i movimenti del piede con risultato di un passo più rapido ed un corpo meno affaticato. Le proprietà antiscivolo del TPU di grado SRC - con coefficiente superiore a 0,32 su ceramica e a 0,18 su acciaio - conferiscono alla scarpa più aderenza anche su superfici bagnate, pericolose e molto levigate pur mantenendo morbidezza ed elasticità, il TPU ha una resistenza alle abrasioni ed all usura tre volte superiore ad un normale battistrada in poliuretano entro 150 mm3 come detto, il TPU conserva al tempo stesso caratteristiche di flessibilità e morbidezza. Tutto ciò a vantaggio dell operatore che risentirà in misura minore della stanchezza. INTER IN POLIURETANO È realizzata a cellule larghe costituite da aria. Risponde con elasticità ammortizzando il peso corporeo indipendentemente dalla temperatura. Consente un elevatissimo effetto memoria sulla suola del piede. Ad ogni passo si percepisce l effetto elastico e reattivo della suola. Ammortizzando il peso del corpo, la suola garantirà grande benessere al sistema scheletrico, il quale sarà meno sollecitato essendo il passo ammortizzato dal tipico effetto ovattato. INSERTO IN TPU Estendendo l appoggio anche nella parte dell arco plantare aumenta l uniformità dell appoggio del piede, consentendo una distribuzione più uniforme del peso corporeo. Scaricando infatti parte del peso nella zona dell arco plantare, lo stesso viene a gravare meno sul tacco e sulla punta. Il beneficio è evidente: un piede meno affaticato ed una postura generale più corretta. 4
LA DISTRIBUZIONE DEL CARICO DEL PESO CORPOREO RISULTERÀ MOLTO MIGLIORATA, CONSENTENDO AL PIEDE DI LAVORARE IN COMPLETO COMFORT. PENETRAZIONE ZERO La nuova normativa europea in materia, EN12568:2010, ha ristretto ulteriormente il campo di perforazione del suoletto a 0 mm. Questo per evitare la possibilità che chiodi anche di piccole dimensioni possano penetrare all interno della calzatura. Per essere coerente con la normativa, la Sir Safety System ha realizzato la linea a PENETRAZIONE ZERO. Si tratta di una lamina in materiale ultra flessibile composta con almeno cinque strati di tessuto ad alta tenacità. Il sovrapporsi di più strati resistenti, preventivamente spalmati con resine contenenti silicati, rende il suoletto estremamente forte ed omogeneo in ogni sua parte. In aggiunta tale suoletto mantiene qualità ergonomiche e di design innovative per ridurre e limitare al massimo l affaticamento del piede e donare massimo comfort. Beh, certamente il fattore della pianta larga era una delle nostre priorità ed ora è pienamente soddisfatta. Inoltre mi piace considerare anche l aspetto estetico. Rispetto alle tradizionali scarpe antinfortunistiche, hanno un design eccellente, tanto che vedo che alcuni utilizzatori le portano anche al di fuori dell attività lavorativa.
