Rc-Net integra l acquisizione del dato, la sua validazione e la gestione degli operatori in campo. RcNet è composto da tre elementi: RcNet Host. È sviluppato in ambiente Microsoft.Net e si può appoggiare al database Microsoft SQL Server o più semplicemente a Microsoft Access RcNet Mobile, installato sul Palmare, sovrintende a tutte le attività svolte dal letturista sul territorio Palmari che utilizzano Microsoft Windows CE o Windows Mobile e tecnologie radio standard (GSM/ GPRS, Bluetooth e 802.11b).
