1 REGOLAMENTO E SCHEDA DI PARTECIPAZIONE PRESENTA Nelle sale del GRAND HOTEL VANVITELLI DI CASERTA dicembre 2012 Mostra Internazionale di Pittura e Disegno Programma: 20 dicembre 2012 ore 19,30 inaugurazione della manifestazione e presentazione delle opere.

2 Ore 20,oo APERTURA AL PUBBLICO REGOLAMENTO La partecipazione è su invito e per accettazione. Una commissione composta da un apposito staff nominato da Terre Calde Onlus tra cui esperti di critica e di storia dell arte predisporrà l elenco degli artisti invitati ed esaminerà le opere che verranno inviate, o recapitate, da altri artisti, da galleristi e collezionisti al fine dell accettazione o meno delle medesime. Ogni artista o collezionista può partecipare con numero di opere non superiore a 3 ( a meno che non siano autorizzate dietro specifica richiesta) purché di dimensioni max larghezza=100 cm e altezza 200 cm Le opere possono essere realizzate con qualsiasi tecnica pittorica. La richiesta di partecipazione di cui si allega modulo - all evento dovrà pervenire entro e non oltre il 25 novembre, tramite all indirizzo exhibit@terrecalde.it Le opere spedite tramite posta/corriere o consegnate a mano, devono pervenire entro il 7 dicembre 2012 al seguente indirizzo: avv. De Lucia Pasquale, via Bari,13 (Parco Danubio) CAPODRISE (Caserta ITALY) Le opere ammessa alla mostra dovranno recare a tergo: nome e cognome dell autore, nazionalità, titolo dell opera, tecnica di esecuzione, prezzo di vendita. Indicare la proprietà nel caso non sia dello stesso autore. Le opere, se non indicato diversamente, possono essere vendute e sul ricavato dalla eventuale vendita verrà trattenuto il 20% a titolo di rimborso spese sostenute da TERRE CALDE ONLUS Indicare, inoltre, l opera da donare per l asta di beneficenza prevista durante la Serata di Gala del giorno 21 dicembre, ore 20,00. A fine mostra, le opere devono essere ritirate entro le 23 del giorno 23 dicembre presso le Sale espositive o dal giorno 27 al giorno 29 presso avv. De Lucia Pasquale, via Bari,13 (Parco Danubio) CAPODRISE (Caserta ITALY) Le opere pervenute a mezzo corriere, o altra forma di spedizione, saranno ritornate al mittente con lo stesso mezzo e con spese a carico del destinatario. Le opere non ritirate entro i termini stabiliti saranno considerate donazioni da devolvere in beneficenza. A fine mostra, a tutti gli artisti espositori, verrà consegnata attestato di partecipazione e catalogo ufficiale. Per l inserimento nel catalogo inviare una pagina di presentazione dell artista (formato doc. o rtf.) e almeno 2 foto di cui una dell artista stesso -(formato jpg. o tif. o bitmap) Ricordiamo l'importanza di effettuare da subito, l'adesione dell'artista per prenotarne il posto fisico. Si intende sottolineare che l Associazione non ha mai avuto scopo di lucro e nelle sue manifestazioni mantiene il proposito di divulgare la passione artistica a tutti coloro che la creano e l'ammirano pertanto, a copertura delle spese da sostenere è richiesto un contributo di partecipazione che è fissato in euro 100 (cento) da versare a TERRE CALDE ONLUS ( causale: contributo MOSTRA 20 dic. 2012), IBAN IT59 O BIC/SWIFT CCRTIT2T84A

5 REGULATIONS AND ENTRY FORM presents In the halls of the GRAND HOTEL VANVITELLI in CASERTA December 20th 23 th, 2012 INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF ART "Lines, Figures, Colors and Space of Love" International Painting and Drawing Exhibition Program: December 20 th, h 18,00 Opening ceremony of the exhibition and presentation of the works h 20,00 Opening REGULATIONS Participation in this event is by invitation only and acceptance. A committee, made up of an appropriate staff appointed by TERRE CALDE ONLUS including experts from both critics and history of art, will prepare the list of invited artists and consider the works that will be sent or delivered by other artists, gallery owners and collectors in order to accept or not them. Each artist may present a maximum of 3 pieces of art made in any pictorial technique. Submission of application for participation on the relevant form, which must be duly and completely filled in and signed, constitutes an irrevocable commitment on the part of the applicant and his full acceptance of these General Regulations. The request for participation - please use the attached form below- must be received no later than December 7 TH 2012, via at exhibit@terrecalde.it. The works sent by post / courier or hand delivered, must be received by December 10 th, 2012 at the following address: avv. De Lucia Pasquale, via Bari,13 (Parco Danubio) CAPODRISE (Caserta ITALY) The works accepted for exhibition must be marked on the back: name and surname, nationality, title, technique, sales price. Enter the property if the work of art does not belong to the author. The works, unless otherwise indicated, may be sold and 20% of the proceeds from sold artwork will be held by way of reimbursement of expenses incurred by TERRE CALDE ONLUS. Each participant must also indicate the work that want to donate to the charity auction scheduled during the Gala evening of the 21 st December, at At the end of the exhibition, the works must be collected within h 12:00 on 22 nd December in the exhibition rooms or from 27 th to 29 th December at the following address: avv. 6 The works sent by courier, or other form of shipment, will be returned to the sender with the same means and at the expense of the recipient. Artists are responsible for shipping / delivery costs before and after the show. The works not removed within the agreed time-limit will be considered donations for charity. At the end of the exhibition, all the exhibiting artists will be given a certificate of participation and the official catalogue. For inclusion in the catalogue it needs an introductory page of the artist (.doc/.rtf format) and at least 2 photos - including one of the artist himself - (jpg/tif format or bitmap). The organization reminds the artists the importance of communicating the adhesion as soon as possible to reserve the physical place. The Association TERRE CALDE ONLUS is a no-profit organization. The organization of events such as this exhibition has the purpose of disseminating artistic passion to all those who create it and admire it, therefore, to cover the costs involved in its carrying out requires a participation fee which is set at 50 (Euros fifty) payable to TERRE CALDE ONLUS (causale: contributo MOSTRA 20 dic. 2012) (it means contribution: Exhibit 20 th December 2012), IBAN IT59 O BIC/SWIFT CCRTIT2T84A All the participants will be given a COPY OF THE CATALOGUE for free - For more copies is necessary to reserve by (exhibit@terrecale.it). The cost of each copy is 5 (euros five). The organization, also caring for works, declines all responsibility in case of damage or theft of the works.
