Predisporre i testimoni di cartongesso sulla struttura metallica. 1 1 - Box with assembly accessories. 2 - Service key for the lock. 3 - Gasket. 4 - Plastic hinge covers. 5 - No. 14 screws 4,8 mm x 22 mm 2 Prepare the space for the frame placement on two level bases representing the finished floor. Prepare the plasterboard samples on metal structure. INSERIMENTO TELAIO / INSERTION OF THE FRAME POSIZIONAMENTO SQUADRETTE / ANGLE BRACKETS PLACEMENT A A 3 Posizionare il telaio sui due piedi di livello che rappresentano il pavimento finito, completo di distanziali, angolari di metallo e squadrette regolabili già assemblate sullo stipite. Le squadrette devono essere posizionate, in riferimento al senso di apertura della porta. 4 Regolare la squadretta nella sua profondità come da immagine, allentando e poi stringendo la vite di regolazione. Fissare la squadretta, con le 2 viti fornite, contro la struttura metallica della parete. 3 Place the frame (complete with spacers, metal triangles and adjustable angle brackets assembled on the jamb) on two level bases representing the finished floor. The angle brackets must be placed correctly, in accordance with the direction of the door opening. 4 Adjust the bracket in its depth as in the picture, loosening and then tightening the set screws. Attach the bracket later, with the 2 provided screws, against the metal structure of the wall.

(vedi immagine B pag. 3) Prestare attenzione che la quota 100 cm sia corrispondente, come da immagine a pavimento finito. 5 Carefully check the plumb line of the frame, the perfect alignment and locking of levels with the clamps to the plasterboard samples of the metal structure (see detail B, page 3). Check that the height 100 cm is corresponding to the finished flooring, as shown in the picture.
MORSETTO E PIEDE DI LIVELLO / CLAMPS AND LEVEL BASE B RIEMPIMENTO CON SCHIUMA POLIURETANICA pag. 3 FILLING WITH POLYURETHANE FOAM 6 Assicurarsi che i morsetti siano adeguatamente bloccati e che il telaio appoggi perfettamente sui due piedi di livello, rappresentanti il pavimento finito. Fissare con le viti fornite in dotazione le squadrette regolabili alla struttura metallica, bloccandole. 7 Riempire con schiuma poliuretanica lo spazio tra la struttura metallica ed il telaio, attendere la sua naturale essicazione prima di rimuovere gli angolari di bloccaggio e i suoi distanziali. 6 Make sure the clamps are properly locked and the frame lays perfectly on both level bases, representing the finished floor. Fix the adjustable brackets with the screws supplied in mounting kit to the metal structure, blocking them. 7 Fill the space between the metal structure and the frame with polyurethane foam, wait for it to dry naturally before removing its spacers and the triangles that block the frame. Procedere poi con la verniciatura desiderata. 12 Remove, by unscrewing counterclockwise, the locking screws of the metal spacers and the triangles that block the frame. 13 Clean the frame from eventual impurities or residues of plasterboard using sandpaper or steel wool. Then proceed to the desired painting.
VERNICIATURA PANNELLO / PAINTING OF THE PANEL pag. 5 DETTAGLIO GUARNIZIONE / GASKET DETAIL C C 14 Dopo aver pulito il pannello, procedere alla sua verniciatura. Non devono passare più di 4/5 ore tra una facciata e l altra. Eventuali accumuli di vernice sul bordo del pannello, possono compromettere la sua apertura e chiusura. 15 Immagine del corretto inserimento della guarnizione in gomma nella sede del telaio. 14 After cleaning the panel, proceed to its painting. It should not pass more than 4/5 hours from one side to the other. Any deposits of painting on the edge of the panel, can damage the door closing and opening. 15 Picture of the correct insertion of the rubber gasket in the groove of the frame. FISSAGGIO NUCLEO CERNIERA / FIXING THE PANEL HINGE CORE DETTAGLIO FISSAGGIO / FIXING DETAIL D D 16 Pulire le sedi delle cerniere da eventuali impurità o residui di cartongesso, e avvicinare il pannello con il nucleo cerniera al telaio. Posizionare poi il nucleo cerniera nella sede della cerniera (vedi dettaglio D). 17 Procedere al fissaggio del nucleo cerniera al telaio con chiave a brugola esagonale Ø 4 mm, girandola in senso orario. 16 Clean the locations of the hinges from possible impurities or residues of plasterboard and put the panel with the hinge close to the frame. Place the hinge in its location (see detail D). 17 Proceed to the fixing of the hinge to the frame with an hex allen wrench Ø 4 mm, screwing clockwise.
REGOLAZIONE 1: ALTEZZA / REGOLATION 1: HEIGHT pag. 6 REGOLAZIONE 2: PROFONDITA / REGOLATION 2: DEPTH 18 Allentando le due viti di fissaggio della cerniera, è possibile alzarla ed abbassarla verticalmente. 19 Agendo con una chiave a brugola esagonale Ø 4 mm sul nucleo cerniera, è possibile aumentarne o diminuirne la profondità. 18 Loosening the two screws of the hinge, it s possible to lift and lower it vertically. 19 Acting with an hex allen wrench Ø 4 mm on the hinge, it is possible to increase or decrease the depth. REGOLAZIONE 3: LATERALE / REGOLATION 3: LATERAL INSERIMENTO COPRI CERNIERA / INSERTION OF THE HINGE COVER 20 Allentando la brugola superiore ed inferiore e intervenendo su quella centrale con una chiave a brugola esagonale Ø 4 mm, è possibile spostare il nucleo cerniera lateralmente, sia a destra che a sinistra. 21 Coprire la cerniera con il suo copri cerniera di colore grigio, fornito nel kit di montaggio. 20 Loosening the top and bottom hex socket screws and acting on the central one with a hex allen wrench Ø 4 mm, you can move the hinge laterally, both right and left. 21 Cover the hinge with its grey cover provided with the mounting kit.
