ITIS GUGLIELMO MARCONI FORLÌ COMENIUS 15-25 OTTOBRE 2014 PROGRAMMA DETTAGLIATO - DETAILED PROGRAMME Mercoledì 15 Ottobre 2014: il gruppo turco, in arrivo alle ore 13.40 all aeroporto G. Marconi di Bologna, verrà accolto da un insegnante referente dell ITIS G. Marconi, che darà una mano ad organizzare gli spostamenti. Navetta con destinazione stazione centrale di Bologna, dove un treno diretto condurrà gli studenti e gli insegnanti turchi a Forlì. Ciascuna famiglia ospitante accoglierà alla stazione di Forlì lo-a studente/essa assegnato-a accompagnandolo-a presso il proprio domicilio. Sia le famiglie ospitanti che i componenti del gruppo turco riceveranno i numeri di telefono degli insegnanti referenti, disponibili in caso di bisogno. Gli studenti ceneranno presso la propria famiglia ospitante. Wednesday 15th October 2014: at Bologna airport a teacher in charge of the project will welcome the group and help with the travel arrangements. A shuttle (euro 6 per person) will take the Turkish group to Bologna station, where they will catch a direct train to Forlì (about 6 euro per person). There is the chance of getting a cumulative train ticket, sparing some money. Teachers and host families will pick up all of you at Forlì Railway Station. Each student will be welcomed by the host family and taken to the host family house. All contact information and telephone numbers will be given to Turkish students and teachers and to Italian families. Dinner will be eaten at the host family homes. Giovedì 16 ottobre 2014: nella prima parte della mattinata la dirigente e gli insegnanti dell Istituto ITIS G. Marconi daranno il benvenuto agli studenti e agli insegnanti turchi invitandoli a partecipare ad un momento di festa, in Aula Magna. La dirigente rivolgerà ai presenti un discorso introduttivo e i delegati dei due gruppi partecipanti al Progetto Comenius si scambieranno gagliardetti e gadgets. La delegazione turca avrà l opportunità di effettuare la visita dei laboratori e delle strutture della scuola. Di seguito, (10.10 am- 11.10 am) tutti gli studenti che hanno aderito al progetto saranno coinvolti in attività ludiche finalizzate a facilitare la conoscenza reciproca. Successivamente (11.10-12.10) gli studenti parteciperanno alla prima lezione CLIL incentrata sulla co-generazione nelle centrali termoelettriche per preparare la visita alla centrale ENEL a Porto Corsini. Quindi (12.10 pm 14.10 pm) il gruppo turco potrà gestire il proprio tempo in modo autonomo nell aula audiovisivi. A conclusione delle attività didattiche gli studenti rientreranno presso le proprie abitazioni dove pranzeranno. Il pomeriggio è libero; la cena verrà consumata presso le famiglie ospitanti. Thursday 16th October 2014 In the morning the Turkish students and teachers will be invited to a party and our school will give them a cordial welcome. The headmistress will deliver an introduction speech and the two groups will exchange gifts and gadgets. There will be the chance of having a school tour visiting labs and facilities (9.10-10.10). Next, (10.10 am - 11.10 am) the Italian and Turkish students will be involved in playing activities and games to get to know one another. After that, (11.10 am 12.10 am) the students will have the first CLIL lesson about the co-generation in thermal power plants, in order to prepare the visit to ENEL power plant in Porto Corsini. Then, the Turkish teachers and students will conclude the school morning (12.10 am - 2.10 pm) by working together autonomously on their own tasks in a classroom provided with audiovisual aids. After the lessons the students will go back home where they will have lunch. The afternoon is free; dinner will be eaten at the host family homes.
Venerdì 17 ottobre 2014: gli studenti del progetto Comenius parteciperanno ad un uscita didattica (organizzata dall ITIS che copre tutti i costi); dapprima si visiterà il centro storico di Ravenna e in particolare: la Basilica di San Vitale, il Mausoleo di Galla Placidia, il Battistero Neoniano, la Cappella Arcivescovile, la Basilica di Sant Apollinare Nuovo, la Tomba di Dante. Quindi, dopo il pranzo al sacco, tutti gli studenti, accompagnati dai docenti italiani e turchi, visiteranno la centrale termoelettrica di cogenerazione a Porto Corsini (12 chilometri da Ravenna). La serata verrà trascorsa presso le famiglie ospitanti. Friday 17th October 2014: in the morning all the students involved in the Project will participate in a field trip (organized by ITIS that covers all costs); firstly we will visit the historical centre of Ravenna, the City of Mosaics. Interesting sights: the Basilica of San Vitale, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the Baptistry of Neon, the Archiepiscopal Chapel, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, Dante s Tomb. Afterwards, we will have a packed lunch and in the afternoon, (2 pm 4 pm), all the students, accompanied by the Italian and Turkish teachers, will see the co-generation thermal electric plant in Porto Corsini (12 km far from Ravenna). The evening will be spent at the host families homes. Sabato 18 ottobre 2014: nel corso della mattinata gli studenti italiani e turchi parteciperanno alla seconda lezione CLIL della durata di due ore (8.10-10.10) per preparare i contenuti della visita alla diga di Ridracoli, interagendo nelle classi miste. Gli studenti turchi prenderanno parte alle attività del laboratorio delle energie rinnovabili. (10.10-11.10) Ci sarà quindi l opportunità di visitare il centro storico di Forlì e dare un occhiata ad alcuni monumenti interessanti, Piazza Aurelio Saffi, l Abbazia di San Mercuriale, la Chiesa di San Domenico. Rientro a scuola alle ore 13.10 e pomeriggio libero. Gli studenti turchi trascorreranno la serata presso le famiglie ospitanti. Saturday 18th October 2014: in the morning Turkish and Italian students will have the second two- hour CLIL lesson, (from 8.10 am to 10.10 am), to prepare the visit to Ridracoli Dam and will interact in the mixed abilities class. Then, the Turkish students only will take part in the renewable energy lab from 10.10 am to 11.10. After that, the Turkish group will have the opportunity to visit Forlì historical centre and have a look at some of the most interesting sights, the Piazza Aurelio Saffi, the Abbey of San Mercuriale, the Church of San Domenico. The students will go back to school by 1.10 pm and have a free afternoon. The Turkish students will have dinner with their host families. Domenica 19 ottobre 2014: il gruppo turco dedicherà questa giornata libera alla visita del centro storico di Venezia e organizzerà la gita coprendo i propri costi. Gli studenti italiani, accompagnati da alcuni docenti italiani, possono unirsi alla comitiva e partecipare all uscita, a proprie spese. Sunday 19th October 2014: the Turkish group will dedicate this free day to the visit of Venice. They will organize the tour and cover its own costs. The Italian students, and some Italian teachers, can join the group, at their own expenses.
Lunedì 20 ottobre 2014: è prevista un uscita didattica di mezza giornata, (ore 8.00 15.30 c.a.), con destinazione Diga di Ridracoli, riservata ai partecipanti al progetto (il costo dei biglietti d ingresso al Museo, ai cunicoli e al depuratore è da dividere tra i due gruppi). Rientro a Forlì intorno alle ore 15. Gli studenti turchi trascorreranno il pomeriggio e la serata presso le famiglie ospitanti. Monday 20th October 2014: in the morning the Italian teachers will leave on a field trip (8.10 am 3.30 pm) reserved to all the members of the Project to see Ridracoli Dam (the cost of the guided tour- 7.50 per person - will be divided between the two groups). At around 3 pm students will go back to their host families and will spend the afternoon and the evening at home. Martedì 21 ottobre 2014: nel corso della mattina gli studenti italiani e turchi saranno coinvolti nella terza lezione CLIL della durata di due ore (8.10-10.10), incentrata sui contenuti del Progetto, interagendo nelle classi miste. In seguito gli studenti turchi parteciperanno ad un esperienza di laboratorio presso il laboratorio di chimica (10.10 am 11.10 am) e subito dopo si recheranno ad assistere ad un attività presso il laboratorio di meccanica (11.10-12.10). Il gruppo turco potrà dedicare il tempo rimanente (12.10 am 14.10 pm) per trattare argomenti e contenuti nella propria lingua. Gli studenti del progetto avranno l opportunità di pranzare insieme a scuola; ciascuno porterà un piatto tipico della cucina romagnola o qualcosa da bere; cibi e bevande verranno condivisi dai presenti. Nel pomeriggio (15.30 pm 16.30 pm) si propone la visita a Palazzo Romagnoli. Questo antico palazzo ospita una mostra permanente di opere del ventesimo secolo. La cena verrà consumata presso le famiglie ospitanti. Tuesday 21st October 2014: in the morning the Turkish and Italian students will have the third two-hour CLIL lesson, (from 8.10 to 10.10), based on the Project contents and will interact in the mixed abilities class. Subsequently, the Turkish students will have a Chemistry Lab experience from 10.10 am to 11.10 am. After that, (11.10 am -12.10 am) the Turkish students will have a Mechanics Lab experience. In the last part of the morning (12.10 am 2.10 pm) the Turkish teachers can use the remaining time dealing with the Project topics of their own choice. There will be the opportunity for the Italian and Turkish students to have lunch together at school. Each student will bring some typical homemade foods or drinks; foods and drinks will be shared among the participants. In the afternoon (from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm) we suggest visiting Palazzo Romagnoli in Forlì. This ancient building hosts a permanent exhibition of Twentieth Century Art. The students will spend their evenings with the host families.
Mercoledì 22 ottobre 2014: nella prima parte della mattinata (8.10 am 10.10 am) gli studenti turchi dedicheranno un po di tempo alla rielaborazione del materiale inerente il progetto. In seguito, (10.10 11.10) gli alunni verranno accolti nell aula di elettronica, dove faranno un esperienza di laboratorio. Dalle ore 11.10 alle ore 13.10 gli alunni turchi, supportati dai docenti possono impiegare il tempo rimasto per trattare contenuti incentrati su tematiche inerenti il progetto. Si prevede un escursione a Bologna organizzata dagli insegnanti italiani. Ciascun gruppo coprirà le proprie spese (circa 6 a persona per il biglietto ferroviario; il pranzo sarà al sacco). Gli studenti turchi saranno accompagnati dai loro docenti; chiunque lo voglia può prendere parte alla visita didattica. Si raggiungerà Bologna in treno e si visiterà il centro storico ed alcuni dei suoi affascinanti monumenti: Piazza Maggiore con la Basilica di San Petronio, il Municipio, la Basilica di Santo Stefano, le torri di Bologna, etc). Rientro a Forlì nel tardo pomeriggio; gli studenti trascorreranno la serata presso le famiglie ospitanti. Wednesday 22nd October 2014: in the morning the Turkish students will spend time working with their teachers on the project materials. Next, (from 10.10 am to 11.10 am) the Turkish pupils will be welcomed to the Electronics Lab, where they will have an experience. In the last part of the morning (11.10 am 1.10 pm) the Turkish teachers can use the remaining time to deal with some contents based on the Project themes. In the afternoon an excursion to Bologna is organized by the Italian teachers. Each group will cover its own expenses (about 6 per person train ticket); we will have a packed lunch. The Turkish students will be accompanied by their teachers and any Italian students and teachers interested can take part in it. We will reach Bologna by train and visit the historical centre and some of its fascinating monuments : Piazza Maggiore with Basilica of San Petronio, one of the world's largest churches, the City Hall, the Basilica of Santo Stefano, the towers of Bologna, etc). You will go back home in the late afternoon and spend the evening with your host families. Giovedì 23 ottobre 2014: è prevista un uscita didattica HERA con visita alla centrale di telecontrollo di Via Balzella (Forlì) e poi al centro di compostaggio di San Carlo (8.10 am 1.10 pm). Dalle ore 13.10 alle ore 14.10 gli studenti turchi, supportati dai docenti, hanno la possibilità di trattare contenuti incentrati sulle tematiche inerenti il progetto. Gli studenti consumeranno il pranzo presso le famiglie ospitanti; il pomeriggio e la serata verranno trascorse in famiglia. Thursday 23rd October 2014: in the morning we will go on a field trip to HERA remote control center in Forlì and then to HERA composting plant located in S.Carlo. After that, at 1.10 we will go back to school and the Turkish teachers can use the remaining time to deal with some contents based on the Project themes. Lunch will be eaten at the host family house. The afternoon and evening are free and will be spent at the host family homes.
Venerdì 24 ottobre 2014: nella prima parte della mattinata (8.10-10.10) gli studenti partecipanti al progetto effettueranno la quarta lezione CLIL, basata sui contenuti precedentemente presentati, lavorando in piccolo gruppo ed elaborando un piccolo progetto. Successivamente, (10.10 am 11.10) i ragazzi turchi saranno coinvolti in un attività presso il laboratorio di lingua straniera. Infine, dalle ore 11.10 alle ore 13.10 gli studenti e i docenti turchi possono impiegare il tempo rimasto per approfondire alcuni aspetti collegati al tema centrale del progetto. Rientro a casa; il pomeriggio e la serata saranno trascorsi presso le famiglie ospitanti. Friday 24th October 2014: in the morning the Turkish and Italian students will have the fourth two-hour CLIL lesson, (from 8.10 to 10.10), based on the Project contents and they will interact in small groups and working on a little project. Then, the Turkish students will be involved in an English activity at the Language Lab (from 10.10 am to 11.10). In the last part of the morning (11.10 am 1.10 pm) the Turkish students and teachers can use the remaining time to expand on some aspects of the main topic of the project. You will go back home and will spend the afternoon and the evening with your host families. Sabato 25 ottobre 2014: nella prima parte della mattinata ci incontreremo nell Aula Magna dell ITIS dove verrà offerto un buffet di commiato per augurare buon viaggio ad insegnanti e studenti turchi. Essi partiranno in treno intorno alle ore 9 diretti alla stazione di Bologna, dove una navetta li condurrà al aeroporto di Bologna. Arrivederci a Karabuk - Turchia! Saturday 25th October 2014: in the morning we will meet in the assembly room at ITIS where a farewell buffet will be offered to say goodbye. In the early morning the Turkish group will leave by train to Bologna from Forlì railway station, which is very close to ITIS. See you soon in Karabuk - Turkey!
