- Installare la centrale sulla rampa e collegare i raccordi idraulici A e B come nell immagine sottostante. - Instal the power pack on the dock leveller and connect the hydraulic joints A and B as shown in the drawing below. B A - Avvitare fino in fondo il grano della valvola (), svitare il grano di regolazione della valvola () (vedi fig. ). - Screw in the grub screw of the valves (), unscrew the grub screw for adjusting the valve () (see fig. ). 3 - Avviare il motore della centrale e avvitare il grano della valvola () fino a quando la rampa comincia a salire alla massima velocità. 3 - Start up the power pack motor and screw in the grub screw of the valve () until the dock leveller starts to go up to the maximum speed. 8 - Una volta che il labbro è uscito svitare di ½ giro il grano della valvola () (questa operazione distanzia in modo precauzionale la taratura di questa valvola da quella di massima posta sulla centrale). 8 - Once the lip has come out unscrew the grub screw of the valve () by half a turn (this operation spaces the setting of the sequence and relief valve as a precaution). ½ turn ½ giro 9 - Effettuare uno o due cicli completi di prova per verificare la corretta taratura delle valvole e la corretta sequenza di funzionamento. 9 - Carry out one or two complete test cycles to check the correct calibration of the valves and the correct operating sequence. N.B.: Una volta fatta pratica sulle prime rampe, si consiglia di effettuare le regolazioni nel minor tempo possibile, non solo per un vantaggio pratico, ma anche perché l olio contenuto nel serbatoio non si surriscaldi e alteri le regolazioni delle valvole, in più non si sforzi il motore in modo eccessivo. NOTE: Once practice has been made on the first dock levellers, we advise carrying out regulations in as less time as possible, not only for a practical advantage, but also so that the oil contained in the tank does not over-heat and alter the regulations of the valves, and also so that the motor is not excessively forced. 4 Regolazione / Setting
