Applicare la staffa di supporto al telaio nel foro filettato M6 del telaio della moto come rappresentato nelle foto 1 e 2. 2. Tenendo spinta la staffa di supporto al telaio, come rappresentato in foto 3, fissare la vite M6x12 con la ranella zigrinata antisvitamento alla coppia di 10Nm. 3. Inserire l attacco ammortizzatore nel corpo ammortizzatore alla misura di 39mm indicata e rispettando l orientamento come da schema A ovvero con la testa della vite a brugola rivolta verso l alto; serrare quindi la vite alla coppia di 7Nm. Assemblare poi l attacco a collare Ø41 con l attacco ammortizzatore mediante la vite M8x25 in Ergal inserendo su di essa in sequenza: una ranella h3.5 con il diametro più piccolo dalla parte dell O-ring, un O- ring 2043, l attacco ammortizzatore, un O-ring 2043, una ranella h3.5 con il diametro più piccolo dalla parte dell O-ring e l attacco a collare Ø41 come rappresentato nello schema B. Serrare la vite alla coppia di 12.3Nm. 4. Svitare completamente la vite di serraggio del collare per poterlo aprire, quindi inserirlo, con i componenti assemblati al punto 3 e rappresentati in schema B, sullo stelo sinistro della forcella della moto rispettando la posizione rappresentata in foto 4 (perno della cerniera dell attacco in linea con il taglio della piastra inferiore forcella e distanza dell attacco con la piastra pari a zero); serrare quindi il collare attorno allo stelo mediante la vite di serraggio precedentemente rimossa con coppia di serraggio di 7Nm. 5. Fissare lo snodo dell ammortizzatore di sterzo sulla staffa di supporto al telaio montata al punto 2 mediante la vite M8x35 in Ergal e inserendo su di essa, in sequenza: lo snodo stesso rivolto con la parte cava verso la testa della vite (come da schema A), l O-ring 112, il distanziale h10 con il diametro più piccolo dalla parte dell O-ring, la staffa stessa e il dado autobloccante M8 in Ergal come rappresentato in foto 5. Serrare la vite con il dado a 12.3Nm 6. Effettuare alcune sterzate complete a destra e a sinistra assicurandosi che si raggiungano, fine corsa sul telaio della moto senza sollecitare l ammortizzatore di sterzo. In caso contrario variare la posizione dell ammortizzatore (39mm) rispetto all attacco spostandolo assialmente.

Fit the frame clamp inside the M6 thread hole of the bike frame, as shown in pictures 1 and 2. 2. Pushing the frame clamp, as shown in picture 3, fix the M6x12 screw with the knurled counter-rotation washer at 10Nm torque. 3. Insert the damper clamp inside the steering damper body in position of 39mm and respect the oriented position as for scheme A, namely with the head of the screw upwards; then tighten the screw at 10Nm torque. Assembly then the fork clamp attachment Ø41 with the damper clamp through the M8x25 Ergal screw putting on it in sequence: one h3.5 washer with the smallest diameter in the side of the O-ring, one 2043 O- ring, the damper attachment, one 2043 O-ring, one h3.5 washer with the smallest diameter in the side of the O-ring and the fork clamp attachment Ø41 as shown in the scheme B. Tighten the screw at 12.3Nm torque. 4. Unscrew completely the tightening screw of the fork clamp attachment in order to open it, then insert it, with the assembled components mounted at step 3 and shown in scheme B, on the left rod of the bike fork, respecting the position shown in picture 4. (attachment pivot is in line with the lower plate slot of the fork as well as the distance between the attachment and the fork plate is zero); tighten then the fork clamp attachment to the rod of the bike fork through the tightening screw, removed before, at 10Nm torque. 5. Fix the joint of the steering damper to the frame clamp assembled at step 2 through the M8x35 Ergal screw putting on it in sequence: the joint oriented with the slot side to the head of the screw (as for scheme A), the 112 O-ring, the h10 spacer with the smallest diameter in the side of the O-ring, the frame clamp and the M8 Ergal self-locking nut as shown in picture 5. (keep the position of the joint as for the scheme). Tighten the screw with the nut at 12.3Nm torque. 6. After mounting, check the correct working of the kit between two end strokes when steering right and left and check also the steering damper is not over stressed. Otherwise change position (39mm) of fork clamp turning it lightly towards proper direction.
