Le spiagge di Sant'Antioco hanno tutte fondali cristallini e puliti, ideali per immersioni e pesca subacquea. Ci sono spiagge organizzate con sabbia finissima, come Coaquaddus, Maladroxia, Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande, e altre con sabbia e ciottoli, come Portixeddu e Turri. Cala Sapone, oltre ad un arenile, ha un'ampia scogliera balneabile da entrambi i lati. Altre scogliere sono Is Praneddas, Cala della Signora, Cala Grotta e Nido dei passeri. Vi sono zone che si raggiungono meglio in barca, come Portu Sciusciau, con un grande arco naturale, e Portu e su Drigu, con un'alta grotta molto suggestiva. I fondali marini, particolarmente adatti alle immersioni, sono tra i più belli del mediterraneo.
