Melbourne è bellissima ed è una città vivace e sempre piena di attività. Sì, d accordo. Perché non ci andiamo con Luca il mese prossimo per il «Festival del Cinema Italiano»? Luca non ci sarà peccato! Non ti ricordi che lui ha il torneo di pallacanestro che durerà almeno tre settimane? Ah, sì, hai ragione, mi ero dimenticata. Mi dispiace, sai, perché gli sarebbe piaciuto molto vedere dei film italiani in lingua italiana. 1

9 Text 2 [female speaker] Buongiorno, cari ascoltatori. Bentornati nella cucina di Nonna Anna. Oggi vi darò la ricetta per gli spaghetti alla carbonara, un primo piatto tipico del Lazio. Questo è un piatto molto amato da tutti. Dunque, sentiamo come si prepara. Siamo pronti? Prima di tutto, mettete a bollire 500 grammi di spaghetti in acqua abbondante con un cucchiaio di sale. Fate bollire per dieci minuti. Intanto, in una padella, aggiungete due cucchiai di olio d oliva extra vergine e 150 grammi di pancetta tagliata a pezzetti piccoli. Fate rosolare e spegnete. In una ciotola mettete 3 tuorli d uovo, più un uovo intero e 100 grammi di formaggio pecorino grattugiato. Mescolate bene e aggiungete un po di pepe nero. Appena pronta la pasta al dente, scolatela e unitela insieme agli altri ingredienti nella padella con la pancetta. Mescolate bene e aggiungete un altro poco di pecorino grattugiato. Ah già, dimenticavo forse in Australia non saprete neanche che cosa sia l onomastico. Ebbene, ora ti spiego. L onomastico festeggia tutte le persone che portano lo stesso nome del santo del giorno. Tu ti chiami Marco e il tuo onomastico è il giorno di San Marco Evangelista, cioè il 25 aprile. Se guardi il calendario vedrai che questa data è segnata in rosso perché è festa nazionale in Italia. La data ricorda il 25 aprile del 1945, il giorno della liberazione dell Italia dal nazi-fascismo. Però, ho visto su internet che anche in Australia il 25 aprile è festa nazionale. Oggi è qui con noi la dottoressa Romano per parlarci del curriculum vitae. Dottoressa, buongiorno e benvenuta al nostro programma. Lei che consigli darebbe ai nostri giovani ascoltatori che cercano lavoro? Dott.ssa Romano: Buongiorno Carlo e buongiorno, cari ascoltatori. Beh, innanzitutto bisogna dire che il curriculum vitae è un documento molto importante. Il curriculum è il biglietto da visita che ci presenta al nostro futuro datore di lavoro. Il curriculum ci aiuta ad essere notati con la speranza poi di essere chiamati per il colloquio di lavoro. Carlo: È importante che il curriculum sia ben preparato? Dott.ssa Romano: Sì, certo, deve essere ben preparato e facilmente leggibile. Prima di tutto, deve contenere tutte le informazioni necessarie come i dati anagrafici, il titolo di studio e le precedenti esperienze professionali. Poi è bene indicare se si parlano altre lingue. Oggigiorno l inglese è fondamentale per molte posizioni. Inoltre, nel nostro mondo tecnologico è diventato obbligatorio essere bravi col computer ed avere una buona conoscenza di vari programmi. Alcune persone danno altre informazioni nel loro curriculum come per esempio: sport che praticano, passatempi, iscrizioni ad associazioni culturali e di beneficenza e attività di volontariato, e così via. Infine, non dimenticate di mettere la data e la vostra firma. Carlo: Grazie, dottoressa, per i suoi consigli molto utili. Senza dubbio saranno di aiuto ai nostri ascoltatori. Vuole aggiungere altro?
