Recycle kit assembling instructions Before performing any operation proceed as follows: - Turn the ignition switch to OFF position - Empty the tanks - It is advisable to use tefl on (seal tape) for the assembly of unions/gaskets etc., to avoid water leakages. Fig. 3 Tagliare la fascetta che tiene legati i cavi al supporto. Cut the clamp that fastens the cables to the holder. Posizionare la POMPA (F) come mostrato in fi gura e fi ssarla con le viti 5X20, le rondelle 5X12, le rondelle 5X15 (sotto) e bloccare con i dadi autobloccanti. F Set the pump (F) as shown in the fi gure and secure it with 5X20 screws, 5X12 washers, 5X15 washers (under) and lock it with self-locking nuts.

Secure the normally open solenoid valve to the fastening block (G) using screws and washers. Tagliare 51 cm di tubo retinato e inserirli nel raccordo a 90 dell elettrovalvola. Cut 51 cm off of the hose and insert it in the 90 union of the solenoid valve.

Connect the hoses as shown in the fi gure, and fasten the cables with the side clamps (remove the red caps from the pipes and connect the two 4.5 cm hoses). Collegare il cablaggio alle elettrovalvole. Insert the normally closed solenoid valve and fasten it together with the normally open solenoid valve with a clamp. Connect the normally open solenoid valve harness to the pump, making sure to connect the black wire to the black/violet wire and the red wire with the violet wire. Remove the dirty water tank caps and remove the 2 screws.

Remove the dirty water tank from the clean water tank in order to open the holes. Fig. 25 Posizionare la maschera di foratura (precedentemente ritagliata) nell incavo del serbatoio. Eseguire i 2 fori di centratura con una piccola punta da trapano. Place the drilling mask (previously cut) in the tank notch. Open the 2 centring holes with a small drill tip. Fig. 26 Eseguire i 2 fori fi nali, utilizzando frese a tazza Ø16 e Ø27. Open 2 other holes using Ø16 and Ø27 cup cutters.

Assemble the tank attachment to the 90 union by means of the relevant gasket. Fig. 28 Inserire l attacco così montato nel foro Ø27 del serbatoi. Insert the attachment in the Ø27 hole of the tank. Stringerlo all interno per mezzo dell apposita ghiera. Tighten it inside with the relevant ring nut.

Tighten the 1-3/4 reduction on the water fi lter and tighten the assembly on the attachment inside the tank. Fig. 30 Montare il sensore (galleggiante) nel foro superiore del serbatoio, fi ssandolo tramite apposito dado e rondella. Install the sensor (fl oat) on the tank upper hole, securing it with the relevant nut and washer.

(dell elettrovalvola N.C.), al portagomma a 90 di collegamento al fi ltro, precedentemente montato. Fissare il tubo retinato da 73 cm. al tubo aspirazione, tramite 2 fascette bianche. Connect the 73 cm hose (of the normally closed solenoid valve), to the 90 nozzle connecting to the fi lter, previously installed. Fasten the 73 cm hose to the suction hose with 2 white clamps. Fig. 32 Inserire il fi lo del sensore nella fessura presente nella parte superiore del serbatoio acqua pulita e farlo uscire dalla parte inferiore, sotto la scheda elettronica. Fissare il fi lo del galleggiante al tubo retinato tramite una fascetta. Insert the sensor wire in the slot on the upper side of the clean water tank and make it come out of the lower side, below the electronic board. Secure the fl oat wire to the hose with a clamp.

Remove the knob from the squeegee lever and remove the 4 nuts securing the electronic board cover. Rimuovere il tappo dalla parte superiore della copertura scheda elettronica ed al suo posto, inserire l interruttore azionamento ricircolo. Remove the cap from the upper side of the electronic board cover and insert the recycle activation switch.

Remove the electronic board rubber protection from the supporting studs to reach the 2 pin female connector builtin the machine harness. Fig. 35 Collegare i terminali maschi, presenti nel kit, ai 2 cavi del sensore di livello. Connect the male terminals of the kit to the 2 cables of the sensor.

Insert the terminals inside the male socket connector, and connect it to the harness female connector. Richiudere la gomma di protezione scheda elettronica. Close the electronic board rubber protection. Fig. 37 Tagliare la fascetta che fi ssa i cavi nero e viola /nero al cavo grigio. Cut the clamp securing the black and violet/black cable to the grey cable. Collegare i terminali dei cavi nero e viola/nero ai contatti dell interruttore precedentemente installato. Rimontare la copertura scheda elettronica tramite i 4 dadi e riposizionare il pomello sulla leva tergitore. Connect the black and violet/black cable terminals to the switch contacts. Install the electronic board cover with 4 nuts and place the knob on the squeegee lever.
