Produzione dei tubi per realizzare i telai in Italia, assemblaggio degli stessi a Imola, verniciatura e assemblaggio dei componenti nella sede di San Marino. Questo triangolo geografico ci permette di poter realizzare prodotti artigianali di valore indiscutibile, prodotti che ci permettono di garantire la struttura del telaio a vita, come poche altre aziende al mondo. Inoltre abbiamo realizzato un impianto di verniciatura al fine di poter realizzare le grafiche come il cliente preferisce, con i colori di proprio gusto, con il colori del cuore. Come se non bastasse, abbiamo anche creato, in collaborazione con Michele Bartoli, il protocollo di lavoro Prestigio Lab, un software ed un metodo che permette di rilevare i dati antropometrici e, attraverso l uso di un simulatore, realizzare i veri telai su misura. Ebbene si, siamo tornati all antico, come i grandi maestri di altre aziende, che hanno fatto scuola ai grandi gruppi americani, ma che per poter stare sul mercato si sono dovuti accontentare di commercializzare prodotti standardizzati cinesi. Noi cerchiamo di fare quello che questo mercato vuole, telai cuciti ad hoc sulla pelle del ciclista, telai artigianali definibili tutti diversi tra loro. Facciamo quello che si faceva 20 anni fa e lo facciamo con lo spirito sartoriale e la tecnologia di oggi, al fine di consegnare nelle mani dei nostri clienti una vera fuori serie. Quando ci chiedono perché devo comprare una Prestigio la risposta è semplice: perché è fatta artigianalmente in Italia, perché e su misura, perché è garantita a vita, perché la puoi colorare come preferisci. Come leve siamo oggi al mondo gli unici ad avere questi plus; plus sposati dai tanti amici del brand come Giancarlo Fisichella, Massimi Ambrosini, Paolo Rossi, e tanti altri che ci hanno affiancato in questi 7 anni di storia. The manufacturing of its pipes and frames is in Italy, as well as their assembling in Imola and final painting and completion with components at our site in San Marino. This geographic area allows us to create handmade products of unquestionable value, long-life guaranteed like few other companies in the world can do. In addition we have developed an internal coating plant so to realize the graphic of each bike as the customer prefers with the colors he likes more. Furthermore we also created, in collaboration with Michele Bartoli, the working protocol Prestige Lab, a software and a method that allows us to detect and process the anthropometric data of the cyclist, through the use of a simulator, to realize the true customized frames. We are back to the old style, as the big masters of other, who have taught the great American groups, those ones which - to survive on the market - have been obliged to deal standardized Chinese products. We try to do what this markets really wants, frames sewn specifically on the skin of the cyclist, craft frames definable all different. We do what we did 20 years ago and we do it with the modern spirit with the today s technology, in order to deliver into the hands of our customer a true off series. When someone ask us why have I to buy a Prestigio, the answer is simple: because it is made by hand in Italy, because it is tailor-made, because it is guaranteed for its life, because you can have it colored as you wish. As producers, we are today the sole ones with these characteristics, topics which have been married by many friends of the brands as Giancarlo Fisichella, Massimo Ambrosini, Paolo Rossi and many other celebrities who have supported us along these beautiful 7 years of history. PRESTIGIO LAB La bicicletta che va bene per tutti è un illusione o, meglio, una sintesi limitante di un mercato che, troppo spesso, antepone le logiche del profitto a quelle del benessere dell atleta. Prestigio Lab è il centro bio-meccanico della famiglia Prestigio che garantisce al corridore - professionista o cicloamatore - l assetto posturale perfetto sulla bicicletta. L idea nasce dalla filosofia avanguardista della bicicletta sartoriale. E per dare continuità all ambizioso progetto del telaio su misura si è affidato al corridore che, negli anni 90, veniva unanimemente considerato l interprete stilisticamente più elegante del ciclismo professionistico: Michele Bartoli. È, infatti, proprio il Leoncino delle Fiandre ad ideare e a seguire personalmente i clienti del Prestigio Lab; una consulenza tecnica ad personam. Da qui l idea ambiziosa del telaio sartoriale, frutto di una filiera complessa che, nel Prestigio Lab, si snoda attraverso una serie di tappe precise: Analisi preliminare che parte dal rilevamento antropometrico, ovvero dalla misurazione completa del ciclista. I dati vengono poi immessi in un software (il Prestigio Data System) e sperimentati con un simulatore. A quel punto entrano in gioco le telecamere che, dopo aver studiato da tutte le angolature la posizione corretta in sella, sintetizzano i dati di riferimento per la costruzione o la messa a punto del telaio. In questo modo la bicicletta diventa un abito cucito ad hoc, un mezzo rigorosamente unico e personale, quello che noi chiamiamo il telaio perfetto. Michele Bartoli PRESTIGIO LAB Prestigio Lab is the bio-mechanical center of the Prestigio family which ensures the cyclist, professional or bike-amateur, the perfect postural set up on the bike. The idea arises from the cutting-edge philosophy of the sartorial bike. To give continuity to the ambitious project of the customized frame we confided its carrying out to a famous cyclist, which in the 1990s was unanimously considered as the most elegant interpreter of the professional cycling: Michele Bartoli. And in fact, it s really the Lion cub Of Flanders to plan and follow personally the customers of the Prestigio Lab; an ad-hoc technical support. Starting from here, the ambitious idea of a sartorial frame, that is the result of a complex chain which, in the Prestigio Lab, develops itself following some precise stages: Preliminary analysis: the anthropometric survey, which is the complete measurement of the cyclist. Afterwards the data processing through our software (the Prestigio Data System) and the testing through our simulator. Cameras shooting on the cyclist and, after a complete study of the correct position on the saddle from all perspectives, sketching out of all reference data for the building or the personalized frame setting. This is how the bike becomes a tailor-made dress, something unique and strictly personal. This is what we call the perfect frame. A unique bike which is good for everybody is an illusion or a limited synthesis of a market logic, which put short-term profit before athlete wellness. Michele Bartoli
