Students under the age of 18 can attend the summer course accompanied by their teacher or a chaperone who will be responsible for their care for the duration of the event. Every teacher and/or chaperone may have under their care no more than 15 children. The cost of meals and accommodation for accompanying persons is not borne by the ISTD. Bookings cancelled less than one month before the start of the event will not be refunded unless a medical certificate is provided or under exceptional circumstances. The ISTD also reserve the right to retain all or part of the event fee should the cancellation be made with more than one month s notice. Le prenotazioni cancellate meno di un mese prima dell inizio dell evento non daranno luogo ad alcun rimborso, a meno che non venga presentato un certifcato medico oppure in caso di circostanze eccezionali. In caso di disdetta più di un mese prima dell evento l ISTD si riserva il diritto di trattenere, in tutto o in parte, la quota versata. The deposit for the summer school is non refundable. Il deposito per la scuola estiva non è rimborsabile. The ISTD will not refund any incurred costs (such as travel and accommodation) unless the event is cancelled by the ISTD less than three weeks before the start date of the event and the delegate has received a Formal Confirmation letter. L ISTD non rimborserà alcun costo sostenuto dai partecipanti (come ad esempio le spese di viaggio), a meno che l evento non venga cancellato dall ISTD meno di tre settimane dal suo inizio ed il partecipante abbia già ricevuto una lettera di Conferma Formale. The ISTD has the right to refuse applications on the grounds of health and safety or if acceptance would contravene its Regulatory Authority approval. L ISTD ha il diritto di respingere le domande per motivi legati alla salute e alla sicurezza oppure in caso di incompatibilità con quanto approvato dalla sua Autorità di Regolamentazione. The ISTD will not be held responsible for damage or loss to personal property that may occur during the event. Delegates should therefore provide their own insurance if they wish to do so. 4 Filming or photographing of the event is not permitted by anyone other than the Official ISTD representative. Non sono consentite riprese video e fotografche dell evento, salvo espressa autorizzazione scritta dell ISTD. Transport to/from the airport to/from the school can be arranged, at an additional cost. PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT & RELEASE FORM / MODULO PER IL CONSENSO E LIBERATORIA DEI GENITORI/TUTORI (to be completed by the parent or guardian of any participant under the age of 18) (deve essere completato dal genitore/tutore di partecipanti minorenni) The ISTD will not take responsibility for the safety of children and students outside the venue. The specified Accompanying Adult(s) will only be allowed into the dance space in the case of an emergency. ISTD considers the interests and welfare of children taking part in dance activities to be paramount. To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, ISTD needs your permission before we take any photography or video of you or your child/children.
