ISTRUZIONE DI SERVIZIO SERVICE INSTRUCTION Procedura sostituzione motore tipo VALEO 404 864 rotazione braccio ROTOGRAPH PLUS Replacing the arm rotation motor type VALEO 404 864 on the ROTOGRAPH PLUS NOTA: La sostituzione del gruppo motore potrebbe richiedere la taratura della scheda di Potenza. NOTE: Replacement of the motor group may require calibration of the Power Board. 1. Togliere l alimentazione all unità. 1. Disconnect power line from the unit. 2. Rimuovere la copertura superiore ed il carter inferiore della meccanica di rotazione e smontare il gruppo motore agendo sulle 3 viti TCEI M6x20. 2. Remove upper and lower covers of the rotation group and disassemble the motor group acting on the 3 screws TCEI M6x20. 3. Rimuovere l alimentazione elettrica del motore prendendo nota della polarità, in quanto il funzionamento è in corrente continua. 3. Disconnect the power from the motor taking note of polarity, since it is DC motor. Pag.1 / 5
4. Modificare il percorso cavi posizionando il cablaggio come indicato in figura, dividendo i cavi in due gruppi e fissando il gruppo inferiore alla spalla utilizzando la basetta adesiva inclusa nel kit. 4. Modify the cables position as indicated in figure, dividing the cables in two parts and fixing the lower one using the adhesive plate included in the kit. 5. Montare il nuovo gruppo motore agendo sulle 3 viti TCEI M6x20; verificare, ruotando manualmente il braccio rotante, che il cablaggio non interferisca con il movimento del motore. Posizionare la cinghia sulla puleggia dentata del motore e tensionarla. 5. Assemble the new motor group acting on the 3 screws TCEI M6x20 and verify, moving manually the rotating arm, that the cables don't limit the motor movement. Position the belt on the toothed gear and tension it. Pag.2 / 5
6. Collegare l alimentazione elettrica al motore prestando attenzione alla polarità (invertendo la polarità il motore ruota al contrario). 6. Connect electrical power to the motor taking care of the polarity (if polarity is wrong the motor will turn in the opposite direction). 7. Smontare il carter del tavolo di comando e scollegare il connettore alimentazione monoblocco X9 sulla scheda di Potenza A1. 7. Remove the cover of the electronics cabinet and disconnect connector X9 on the Power board A1. 8. Accendere l unità. 8. Turn ON the unit. 9. Effettuare un esposizione in panoramica adulto e verificare che il tempo di esposizione letto sul display del palmare alla fine dell esposizione (tenendo sempre premuto il pulsante raggi) sia 17 sec. ± 1.5 sec.; se il tempo è uguale passare direttamente al punto 12. Se il tempo è diverso procedere come descritto di seguito. 9. Make an exposure in adult panoramic and check that the exposure time shown on the display of the hand control at the end of exposure (keep pressed the X-ray button) is 17 sec. ± 1.5 sec.; if the time is always within range move to step 12. If the time falls outside range proceed as follows. 10. Collegare un Voltmetro tra i test point TP3 e TP4 della scheda di Potenza A1 (Figura 1). 10. Connect a DVM between test points TP3 and TP4 of the Power Board A1 (Figure 1). 11. Effettuare una esposizione in panoramica adulto; il valore di tensione letto dal Voltmetro dovrà essere di circa 13.5V durante la fase iniziale e finale della rotazione e di circa 10.2V (3.3V inferiore al valore letto nelle due fasi iniziale e finale) nella parte centrale di rallentamento. Se così non fosse, agire sul trimmer R39 (Speed 1) posizionato sulla scheda di potenza A1, per regolare la tensione di alimentazione nelle fasi iniziale e finale e sul trimmer R40 (Speed 2) per regolare la tensione nella fase centrale. 11. Make an adult panoramic exposure; voltage read on the DVM must be close to 13.5 V during the initial and end phase of the rotation and about 10.2 V (3.3 V lower with respect to the value of the initial and end phase) in the central phase of the rotation. If this is not the case, act on trimmer R39 (Speed 1) located on Power Board A1, to calibrate the motor voltage in the initial and end phase and on trimmer R40 (Speed 2) to calibrate the motor voltage in the central phase. 12. Effettuare una nuova esposizione e verificare che il tempo di esposizione letto sul display del palmare alla fine dell esposizione (tenendo sempre premuto il pulsante raggi) sia 17 sec. ± 1.5 sec.; se diverso ripetere la procedura. 12. Make a new exposure and check that exposure time displayed on the hand control at the end of exposure is 17 sec. ± 1.5 sec. (keep pressed the X-ray button);if different, repeat the procedure. NOTA: Il trimmer R45 (Ramp) non deve mai essere toccato. NOTE: The trimmer R45 (Ramp) must never be turned. 13. Spegnere l unità e inserire sulla scheda di potenza il connettore di alimentazione monoblocco X9. 13. Turn OFF the unit and insert on the Power board the connector of the tubehead X9. 14. Riposizionare la copertura del tavolo di comando, la copertura superiore ed il carter inferiore della meccanica di rotazione. 14. Restore the cover of the electronics cabinet, the upper and lower covers of the rotating group. 15. Controllare il corretto funzionamento eseguendo una esposizione. 15.
