Additional equipment at CAMNES: INTERNET: A Wi-Fi Internet connection will be available throughout the facility. To obtain the related password for access please ask the front desk or the staff. STREAMING: all sessions that will take place at CAMNES in Via Faenza 43 (check the detailed program) will be broadcast live in streaming on the CAMNES-live channel: (http://camnes.org/camnes-live) PLEASE NOTE: participants should bear in mind that their own presentation file must be delivered in advance to the room s staff on a CD or any kind of portable hard or flash drive before the beginning of each related session. We recommend participants to use simple animations and universal fonts within their presentations. To avoid delays during the sessions, due to issues of system compatibility, participants should also prepare a presentation in a Portable Document Format (PDF). All speakers are kindly requested to observe the 20 minute time limit. All conferences will be presented in English language. No translation services will be available during the symposium. REMEMBER that all of the authors present at the symposium must pay the registration fee. STUDENTS must show their Student Card or give proof of their status during registration. LISTENERS AND ACCOMPANYING PERSONS may register at both locations during the above-mentioned schedule and they will be admitted free of charge, benefiting only of congress sessions attendance. In case a listener or an accompanying person would like to take part to all session s coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception at the Museum during the first evening of the symposium he must pay 20 Euro to obtain the VOUCHER during registration. PLEASE NOTE: all participants (AUTHORS, LISTENERS, ACCOMPANYING PERSONS) in order to attend at the FAREWELL DINNER BUFFET ( Apericena ) must book ahead of time during registration by paying the dinner s fee of 15 Euro to obtain the necessary VOUCHER.
