Fase 1 - Montaggio Kit Base Fase 2 - Montaggio Kit Leveraggi Verificare, utilizzando la distnta allegata, la presenza e l'integrità dei componenti quindi procedere come segue: Preparare le staffe attacco tirante 34024 e 34014 come in Montare sui tiranti di regolazione 34064 le teste di biella tagliare a misura il tubo 33954 e montare i tappi 33924 figura montando le viti TE M10x30 UNI 5739 e i dadi bassi 88094 (10Ma Dx) e 88124 (10Ma Sx) inserendo (come da alle estremità come indicato in figura 10Ma UNI 5589 inclusi nella confezione. figura) i dadi esagonali bassi M10 UNI 5589. Montare le teste di biella M14 sui bracci di rotazione 38048 con ATTENZIONE i dadi UNI5588 e gli antivibranti 8Ma con i dadi bassi UNI5589 Utilizzare in corrispondenza della testa di biella Sx 88124 il corrispondente dado con filetto Sx presente nella confezione. NON stringere a fondo i dadi Applicare le boccole 87864 ed infilarle in sede nei supporti 34224 Fissare le staffe 34004, 34014 e 34024 sul portellone Bloccare le teste di biella alla distanza di 44 mm (circa) utilizzando bulloni M8 non forniti nella confezione. ATTENZIONE Gli antivibranti hanno la funzione di fermo in apertura del portellone quindi consigliamo, in questa fase, di avvitarli solo Montare le aste di registrazione come indicato in figura pochi millimetri per evitare il rischio che il portello, aprendosi, utilizzando dadi M10 e stringerli a fondo. Avvitare i due supporti laterali 34224 al tetto del vano bagagli si avvicini troppo alla carrozzeria. ATTENZIONE le aste di registrazione vanno posizionate nei fori di fissaggio predisposti in precedenza utilizzando viti di all'esterno delle staffe. (Si veda fig.15) 8Ma (non incluse nella confezione) Fissare staffe 34004 e bracci di spinta con bulloni TCEI M14x35 Avvitare le viti TE M10x35 UNI 5739 alle staffe attacco tiranti UNI5931 e dadi 14Ma UNI5588 inclusi nella confezione. ( fig 4) con i dadi bassi 10Ma UNI5589 forniti nella confezione. Stringere a fondo. ATTENZIONE Applicare i bracci 34084 all' albero serrando i morsetti 34234 I bracci vanno posizionati all'interno delle staffe (vedi fig.12) Regolare la lunghezza dei tiranti quindi montarli in posizione con le viti TE 8x20 UNI5739 in dotazione. come indicato in figura. Una volta eseguita questa operazione stringere i dadi di figura 14. Avvitare le due staffe molle a gas 33944 al tetto del vano bagagli e posizionare i supporti 33984 e 33994 sulle pareti del vano bagagli in corrispondenza dei fori di fissaggio predisposti in precedenza utilizzando viti 8Ma (non incluse Montare le molle a gas utilizzando dadi autofrenanti 8Ma DIN985 nella confezione).
