L importanza dell UNIONE BANCARIA (EBU) EMU = EBU La direttiva sul mercato dei capitali sara un ulteriore accellerazione del processo di intergazione finanziaria che impattera molto il mercato dei servizi finanziari. 10
1) Perche la fine del rendimento del BTP 550 basis point di spread lo abbiamo gia visto nel 1995 50 basis point tra EMU e Default di Lehman Il Bund e legato all inflazione Se e vero che EMU=EBU, lo spread andra a 50 basis point BTP10anni? Presumibilmente tra il 2% e il 3% per un po di anni 11

La rinascita dell ITALIA!!! Come la fine del predomino del BTP impatta: Bilancio dello Stato: ogni punto % di riduzione del rendimento del BTP10anni, vale 1.3% sul PIL per minori interessi sul debito Banche tradizionali: eccesso di sportelli, alta dipendenza degli utili al BTP, alti livelli di sofferenza, forte pressione sui margini di intermediazione, aumento dei livelli di capitale richiesto sono fattori che pesano molto e sono destinati a rimanere specialmente dopo l introduzione dell EBU. Il processo di consolidamento sara inevitabile. Imprese: oggi sono troppo dipendenti dalle banche e solo chi sara capace di accedere al credito non bancario riuscira ad avere i mezzi per fare investimenti e generare crescita. Questo implica maggiore mercato dei capitali in Italia. Risparmiatori: la fine del BTP e un evento epocale per un popolo che ha i propri risparmi investiti in due principali attivita : mattone e BTP. 14
