MONTAGGIO paddock stands 1 ITALIANO DESCRIZIONE PRODOTTO Questo nuovo kit Evotech è composto da due blocchetti tendicatena realizzati mediante fresatura CNC dal pieno in alluminio aereonautico anodizzato. BT-0208 offre a voi 3 funzioni integrate in un unico prodotto: 1) Sostituisce,sempre garantendo la totale regolazione, i blocchetti tendicatena originali con un prodotto di maggiore qualità, precisione e design elevato. 2) Arricchisce il motociclo di un sostegno e di due slitte di scorrimento che permettono un facile smontaggio e montaggio della ruota posteriore. La sostituzione della ruota posteriore non è una operazione semplice e veloce, richiede solitamente infatti il lavoro di due persone. Grazie al nostro kit è possibile sostiture la ruota con facilità, maggiore velocità e con il lavoro di una sola persona. 3) Grazie a degli appositi fori filettati è possibile arricchire il kit con dei nottolini per cavalletto (Paddock stands modello PS-M6) permettendo un facile e veloce sollevamento del veicolo. In caso di caduta inoltre i nottolini eviteranno il cantatto del forcellone con il terreno limitando i danni al motociclo. Tutto questo sempre con l affidabilità ed il design Evotech.
FASI DI MONTAGGIO ( in riferimento alle immagini numerate): 1) Sollevare la moto tramite un apposito ponte o tramite un cavalletto di sollevamento posteriore, in modo da alzare la ruota posteriore, successivamente svitare completamente il dado da 32mm del perno ruota. 2) Servendosi di una chiave esagonale da 12 mm e di chiave a brugola da 5mm svitare completamente entrambi i dadi dei tendicatena originali ed avvitare per metà le viti di regolazione. 3) Sfilare il perno della ruota posteriore avendo cura di sostenere quest ultima. 4) Portare in avanti di alcuni centimetri la ruota posteriore in modo da poter togliere la catena di trasmissione dalla corona dentata. 5) Estrarre la ruota posteriore avendo cura di sostenere la pinza freno posteriore. La ruota deve essere inclinata verso destra in modo da evitare la collisione con la pinza freno. 6) Togliere i tendicatena originali facendoli scorrere indietro lungo l estremità del forcellone. 7) Dopo aver pulito il forcellone montare i nuovi blocchetti tendicatena Evotech (destro e sinistro) facendoli scorrere in avanti ed avvitando di pochi giri i due dadi da 12mm dei tendicatena. 8) Controllare che le tacche di regolazione dei blocchetti tendicatena siano sulla stessa posizione. 9) Allargare leggermente le pastiglie freno posteriori ed appoggiare la pinza freno posteriore nella apposita sede di posizionamento ricavata sul blocchetto tendicatena destro. 10) Sollevare la ruota posteriore ponendo la catena di trasmissione sulla corona dentata ed appoggiare il mozzo del cerchione lungo le slitte di scorrimento dei blocchetti tendicatena. Durante l operazione la ruota va inclinata versa verso destra in modo da evitare la collisione con la pinza freno. La protezione in plastica della catena si deformerà leggermente ma senza subire alcun danno. 11) Far scorrere in avanti la ruota posteriore lungo le slitte dei blocchetti tendicatena Evotech e la ruota raggiungerà facilmente la posizione adatta per il fissaggio. 12) Infilare ora in battuta il perno della ruota posteriore e sistemare la catena di trasmissione lungo la corona dentata. 13) Regolare la tensione della catena di trasmissione agendo sulle viti di regolazione e controllando che le tacche di regolazione corrispondano su entrambi i blocchetti tendicatena (vedi manuali del motociclo). 14) Fissare i dadi da 12 mm dei blocchetti tendicatena con coppia di serraggio pari a 22Nm 15) Fissare il dado del perno ruota da 32mm con coppia di serraggio (vedi indicazioni motociclo). OPERAZIONI PER MONTAGGIO KIT PADDOCK STANDS 1) Avvitare nel foro filettato M6 del blocchetto tendicatena sinistro il nottolino cavalletto modello PS-M6 con coppia di serraggio pari a 5Nm. 2) Ripetere l operazione sul blocchetto tendicatena destro. ITALIANO PRODUCTS FEATURES The new Evotech chain adjusters kit has been cnc machined from areounatic aluminium and it is black anodized. The new creation BT-0208 offers you 3 new features included in only 1 product: 1. It replaces, always ensuring a total control, the original chain adjuster blocks with a higher quality product of high precision and design.
2. It enriches the motorcycle of a support and two running slides that allows an easy dismantlement and assembling of the rear wheel. Indeed, the replacement of the rear wheel is not a simple and quick operation and usually it needs the work of two people. Thanks to our kit the wheel can be easily replaced with more speed and with the work of only one person 3. Thanks to some special threaded holes you can enrich the kit with our paddock stands bobbins (Paddock Stands PS-M6) that allow you a fast and easy lifting. In addition, in case of fall the kit paddock stands will avoid the contact of the swingarm with the ground limiting the damages to the bike. All this always with the reliability and the impressive Evotech design. ASSEMBLING PHASES (look at the numerated images): 1. Lift the bike through a special bridge or through a rear stand, then screw the 32mm nut down from the rear axle. 2. Using a 12 mm hex wrench and 5mm Allen wrench, screw both original nuts down, and halftighten the control screws 3. Remove the rear axle, making sure to support it. 4. Bring forward a few centimeters of the rear wheel in order to remove the drive chain from the ring gear. 5. Remove the rear wheel, taking care to support the brake pliers. The wheel must be leaned towards the right side in order to avoid the collision with the brake pliers. 6. Remove the original chain adjuster by sliding them back along to the original ends of the swingarm. 7. After cleaning the swingarm, fit the new Evotech chain adjusters blocks (left and right) by sliding them ahead and tightening the two 12mm nuts. 8. Check that the signs of the chain adjuster blocks are on the same position. 9. Slightly widen the rear brake pads and put the rear brake pliers in the proper place machined on the right chain block. 10. Raise the rear wheel by placing the drive chain on the crown gear and place the hub of the wheel rim along the sliding rails of the axial blocks. During this operation the wheel has to be tip to the right in order to avoid the collision with the brake pliers. a. The plastic protection of the chain could deform, but without any damages 11. Slide forward the rear wheel along the slides of the Evotech axial blocks so the wheel will reach the right position for the fixing. 12. Now insert the rear wheel pin and place the chain of transmission along the crown gear. 13. Adjust the tension of the chain by acting on the adjusting screws and checking that the adjustment notches match on both chain adjuster blocks (see manual of the motorcycle). 14. Tighten the 12 mm locking nuts blocks with tighten torque value of 22Nm 15. Fix the 32mm axle nut following the tightening value written on the manual.
ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTION OF PADDOCK STANDS KIT 1. Screw into the M6 threaded hole of the left chain block the paddock stand PS-M6 with a torque of 5 Nm. 2. Repeat this operation on the right chain block.
