La forma affermativa è costruita mettendo: Soggetto + Will be + Verbo principale in -ing e.g. She will be applying a face pack. (Starà applicando una maschera per il viso) La forma negativa è costruita mettendo: Soggetto + Won t be + Verbo principale in -ing e.g. She won t be applying a face pack. (Non starà applicando una maschera per il viso) La forma interrogativa è costruita mettendo: Will + Soggetto + Be + Verbo principale in -ing e.g. Will she be applying a face pack? (Starà applicando una maschera per il viso?) La forma interrogativo-negativa è costruita mettendo: Won t + Soggetto + Verbo principale in -ing e.g. Won t she be applying a face pack? (Alle 9 starà applicando una maschera per il viso) You will be having a sunlamp this time tomorrow. (Starai facendo una lampada abbronzante domani a quest ora) You will be taking your exam this time next year. Will you be working here for long, Mrs Smith? What will your sister be doing now? She will be working at the beauty centre. (Cosa starà facendo tua sorella ora? Starà lavorando al centro estetico) esprimere un azione abituale con valore futuro e.g. As usual, I ll be working all Saturday at the beauty centre.
Will he be having a shower? Yes, he will./no, he won t. (Starà facendo la doccia? Sì/No) to work: future continuous I will be working/i ll be working You will be working/you ll be working He will be working/he ll be working She will be working/she ll be working It will be working/it ll be working We will be working/we ll be working You will be working/you ll be working They will be working/they ll be working I will not/won t be working You will not/won t be working He will not/won t be working She will not/won t be working It will not/won t be working We will not/won t be working You will not/won t be working They will not/won t be working full form Will I be working? Will you be working? Will she be working? Will he be working? Will it be working? Will we be working? Will you be working? Will they be working? contracted form Won t I be working? Won t you be working? Won t he be working? Won t she be working? forma affermativa Io starò lavorando Tu starai lavorando Lui starà lavorando Lei starà lavorando Esso/Essa starà lavorando Noi staremo lavorando Voi starete lavorando Loro staranno lavorando forma negativa Io non starò lavorando Tu non starai lavorando Lui non starà lavorando Lei non starà lavorando Esso/Essa non starà lavorando Noi non staremo lavorando Voi non starete lavorando Loro non staranno lavorando forma interrogativa Starò lavorando? Starai lavorando? Starà lavorando? Starà lavorando? Starà lavorando? Staremo lavorando? Starete lavorando? Staranno lavorando? forma interrogativo-negativa Non starò lavorando? Non starai lavorando? Non starà lavorando? Non starà lavorando?
3 Won t it be working? Won t we be working? Won t you be working? Won t they be working? Non starà lavorando? Non staremo lavorando? Non starete lavorando? Non staranno lavorando? Il futuro anteriore (Future Perfect) La forma affermativa del futuro anteriore (future perfect) è costruita mettendo: Soggetto + Will + Have + Participio passato e.g. She will have applied a face pack. (Avrà applicato una maschera per il viso) La forma negativa è costruita mettendo: Soggetto + Will not (won t) + Have + Participio passato e.g. She won t have applied a face pack. (Non avrà applicato una maschera per il viso) La forma interrogativa è costruita mettendo: Will + Soggetto + Have + Participio passato e.g. Will she have applied a face pack? (Avrà applicato una maschera per il viso?) La forma interrogativo-negativa è costruita mettendo: Won t + Soggetto + Have + Participio passato e.g. Won t she have applied a face pack? I will have taken all of my exams by the end of the month. (Avrò fatto tutti gli esami entro la fine del mese) She will have finished the face cleansing by 6 o clock. (Per le sei avrà finito la pulizia del viso) per parlare di un azione che, in un tempo futuro, avverrà prima di un altra; in questo caso sono usate le congiunzioni by the time (per quando/entro quando/quando/prima), before (prima), when (quando) seguite da verbi al present simple (you arrive) o al present perfect simple (you have arrived) e non dall indicativo futuro (arriverai/sarai arrivato) e congiuntivo (arrivi/sia arrivato) come avviene in italiano; e.g. I will have finished the treatment when you arrive/have arrived at the beauty centre. (Avrò finito il trattamento quando arriverai al centro estetico) By the time she finishes/has finished the treatment, next client will have waited for a long time. (Quando finirà/avrà finito il trattamento, il cliente successivo avrà già aspettato a lungo) You will have finished to watch the film by the time she is ready! I ll have worked for this beauty centre for two years.
